Alaska Expert

Denali from Talkeetna on the Alaska Railroad Train

Alaska is a beautiful state and a true wonderland with breathtaking natural landscapes, unique wildlife, and a rich cultural heritage. I can't wait to share my knowledge with you.

Alaska is the perfect destination for anyone who loves nature and wildlife. People travel from around the world to view Alaska's Big 5: Bear, Moose, Dall Sheep, Wolf, and Caribou, along with impressive marine mammals like humpback whales, orcas, and gray whales. In Alaska there are endless opportunities to get up close and personal with some of the most magnificent creatures on the planet.

Couples and families will also find plenty to enjoy in Alaska, with activities like hiking, fishing, kayaking, glacier trekking, biking and rafting. Take a train ride, a whale watching cruise, or a flight-seeing tour, for chances to spot wildlife. Experience Alaska's Native Culture through cultural tours or festivals. If you visit in the winter there is snowboarding, dog sledding tours, and the northern lights. No matter how you travel (cruise, cruise/tour package combination, a land tour package with train, car, or motor coach) any or these experiences are sure to create lasting memories.
