Denise was available for every glitch we had for our family memorial vacation. We were 14 people and she handled all our reservations excellent neatly. /we had no problems . She is patient and provides excellent service. I would recommend her for any of your vacation needs. She has done a few of our vacations. she is always there for solving all of the problems along the way. I certainly will use her again.

First trip to France

Denise was so helpful from start to finish. I gave her a general idea of what we wanted to do in Paris, and she put an itinerary together and then assisted us every step of the way with airline reservations, hotel choices, Disney Paris tickets, transfers, photo pass information, and tours in Paris. I felt like she was holding my hand all through the process. She definitely answered all of my gazillion questions promptly and made helpful suggestions along the way. She even texted me to let me know our flight from Paris was delayed. We have used her for years, especially with Disney travel, and she makes the process so much easier. Highly recommend.

Fun for the whole family!

What can I say? This was the best vacation ever. From Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort, then Harry Potter scene with the magic wands, the Dr. Seuss fun etc.etc. to the fantastic Disney Dream experience . The limo that took us to the ship ,Swimming with the Dolphins at Nassau , the Castaway Cay jet ski ride the fabulous staff on the ship, and the visit to NASA were unforgettable experiences. You made it all possible with your expert guidance and your unending patience with all our changes. The kids called this whole trip " The summer of fun". My granddaughter kissed a dolphin and loved it. I will try to attach some pictures. Thanks sooo much for everything. You are the best!

Fun Hollywood Vacation

We had a MAHHHHHVELOUS vacation! Everything worked out perfectly dividing our time as we traveled.
I cannot say enough about the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel... it really is a nostalgic gem in the middle of the action. Recently renovated (that was the night my cousin won in the silent auction).... The tour of the stars homes was fun, but probably should have done the hop off hop on around the city.
After experiencing it in SanDiego, it really would give you a sense of where you would want to spend time. We did all the touristy stuff on
Hollywood Blvd- Graumann's- Dolby- Madame Trausseau - walk of stars and surrounding area and visited family and friends for those couple of days. Perfect So Cal experience. Denise, I couldn't have planned this without you. Thank you for all your assistance,patience, direction and opinions. I need to coordinate the pictures with Madison so I can send you our favorites. The trip was a success.... Thank you.

Galactic Adventures

We have used Denise for several trips, especially Disney trips. She is efficient and so helpful. We had a medical emergency and had to rearrange and extend our departure and hotel stay. She walked us through each step. Our last trip included the Star Wars Galactica before they closed. We also got caught in a hurricane. She's the best.
