Ken did a wonderful job with our trip to Hard Rock, Riviera Maya. Prior to our trip he met with us & truly figured out what we were looking for He gave great options. Ken coordinated our flights and transfers for us. Very kind and professional. After all was planned, he received notice that one of our flights changed, which would not give us enough time to get through customs. The transfer company we used Lomas was spectacular! Such warm friendly people. They were timely and professional, and also had carseats for our littles. The resort was nice. The lagoon ("rocked in Ocean area) was beautiful. The water was warm, didn't have strong waves/under current, so again great for our family! The sand was powdery soft. Ken took our family's needs into account when making his suggestion of resort. The staff at the resort was friendly and accommodating. The kids club ladies were great & the highlight of our 4 yo's trip. We had a great time and made wonderful memories!
