As an airline employee joining CP Air in 1976 I joined the Vancouver Interline Club, a social, networking association of airline employees world wide. I had the role of Tours & Information Officer writing a column in our newsletter (no computers; no Internet) and promoted the special industry rates offered to airline employees as employment perks.

In the 18 years that followed my airline career I have owned, managed and worked for Interline travel agencies since their inception.

My wife and I booked a honeymoon cruise on Caribbean Cruises and it was easily the best cruise I have been on. A Truly Wonderful Break from Work

The Cook Islands are self-governing and have a free association with New Zealand. You can go around the main island of Rarotonga in 1 hour. So safe, so idyllic. I love Rarotonga and Aitutaki (stunning lagoon, coral reefs). So worth the long trip.
