About Me

I specialize in thoughtfully planned vacations for families and couples who want an experience that feels seamless, elevated, and truly memorable.

While Disney destinations will always have my heart, I design seamless vacations to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Universal Destinations & Experiences, luxury all-inclusive Caribbean resorts, and ocean & river cruises including Viking.

As a busy mom, I know how valuable vacation time is — which is why I handle the details, offer expert guidance, and provide support every step of the way so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

I’ve personally experienced the resorts, sailed the ships, walked the parks, and navigated the details — from deluxe Disney stays and dessert parties to Universal thrill rides and luxury cruise itineraries.

I combine firsthand knowledge with thoughtful planning to create vacations that feel smooth, exciting, and completely customized.

Relaxation and vacation!

Stephanie has now helped us plan 2 vacations for our family, Disney and Aruba. From the 1st email to the follow up email after we returned home she has been so helpful every step of our thinking and planning. She has so much experience and knowledge with these 2 destinations that she has taken away all of the stress related to planning for a big vacation. I would highly recommend Stephanie for any person, couple or family that is thinking of taking a vacation of any caliber. She’s the best!!

From choosing the right destination to sharing all of my tips and resources along the way, my goal is always to make the planning process just as enjoyable as the trip itself. Thank you for trusting me not once, but twice, with your family vacations. Your support and recommendation mean more than you know."

Best Core Memory Vacation Ever
Reviewed By beebsvm - Milton, MA | Traveled to Walt Disney World | Florida | USA
Not having the luxury to plan our WDW vacation a year in advance like most people/families, we contacted Stephanie 3 months in advance of our school vacation week! Working with Stephanie was an absolute game-changer since it had been 20 years since my last trip to Disney. From the outset, Stephanie was attentive, responsive, and genuineuly invested in making sure every detail matched our family's preferences. She took the time to understand what we enjoy (rides and restaurants!) and tailored her recommendations perfectly. Stephanie's personalized guides and FAQs were extremely helpful and saved us many hours of planning (especially when our 10-year-old son decided last minute that he was, in fact, into character photos). I highly recommend elisting Stephanie to assit you in curating your next magical trip to Disney!

"Thank you so much for your kind words—it truly means a lot! I’m so glad we were able to pull everything together for your trip, especially on a shorter timeline. Hearing that the guides and recommendations helped save you time (and stress!) is exactly what I hope for, so that means everything to me. Thank you again for trusting me with your vacation, especially after so many years since your last Disney trip. I hope it was the first of many more to come!"

Thanks for the memories!
Reviewed By LR630 - Bellingham, MA | Traveled to Disneyland | California | USA
Stephanie made planning our first trip to Disney an absolute piece of cake! She began with our budget, offered resort suggestions and potential add-ons, helped guide us through the dining reservation process (hugely important!), to booking our car service to and from the airport and providing detailed suggestions of things and places and food not to be missed before we left, no detail was overlooked. Because of her knowledge and expertise, what would have been an overwhelming process became very simple and manageable.

Magical family vacation!
Reviewed By LizzieWise - Milton, MA | Traveled to Orlando | Florida | USA
Stephanie helped make our Disney World vacation absolutely magical! Her organization, attention to detail, and expert tips (like guiding us through Lightning Lane and reminding us of key deadlines) took all the stress out of planning. The Beach Club Resort she recommended was a perfect fit for our family. She was always prompt and thorough with every question. This was our second time working with her, and definitely not the last. Can’t wait to plan our next trip with Stephanie!

We recently returned from a truly wonderful cruise on the Utopia of the Seas, expertly arranged by our travel agent, Stephanie Trovato. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable for myself and my two sons.
