Do you need a custom built itinerary?

Key countries include Italy, Greece, France, Czech, Hungary, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, England, Ireland, Scotland, Iceland & river cruising [but I have been everywhere in Europe multiple times].In this post, I will just concentrate on a few countries that I specialize in. 

Honestly in Europe nothing is an issue for me to customize.

Greece

Spending an unusual amount of time in Greece has made it one of my favorite destinations in Europe as it combines sunshine, archeology and sand.And there are so many different ways to explore Greece.  I have been in the winter, spring, summer and fall. I have cruised, stayed on land, explored the islands, explored remote untouched areas of Northern Greece and most of the Unesco cultural sites.

Favorite areas include Archaeological Site of Delphi, Meteora & Athens.

Italy

Key specialist in Italy making it my home base for repeated summers.I prefer to quietly wander around the Northern lakes region and the Italian Riveria.  Lake Como and Bellagio are dear to my heart.  The food of Bologna, the canals of Venice and the colorful enclaves of Portofino, Camogoli and Cinque Terre offer setting, spectacular views and great cuisine.

In the south, I love to explore the Amalfi Coast, Positano and sail around Capri.The wine regions of Veneto, Florence, Chianti, Emilia-Romagna and San Gimignano to name a few.Hot on the list for 2022-23 travel is creating dreamy trips to Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily that are FranceSolid as a stand- alone destination, France can be broken up into several key areas.  

You might consider Paris, Normandy, Mount St. Michel and the Loire Valley or bask in the coastal cities of the French Riveria including beautiful Provence, famous Cannes or the thriving city of Nice to take a cooking class.  My favorite is Aix- En- Provence, visiting the daily markets for produce in Nice and wandering around neighboring Monaco or visiting the castles and cathedrals. River cruising on the Rhone with preferred suppliers AMAWaterways, Viking or Avalon is an added value.Czech, Austria  & HungaryPrague has always been one of my favorite cities in Europe. 

I especially love all three of these cities Czech, Austria  & Hungary at Christmas time when the Christmas Markets are in full swing.Don’t forget to day trip out to Czechy Krumlov or Bohemian Switzerland as Czech is quickly becoming it’s own destination and not just an add on.And this isn’t a one time experience for me. 

Spain

Spain is the new travel hotspot for luxury holiday-makers. It's becoming especially popular with tour groups.

Spain is considering building luxury resorts on its southern coast, where the only sight of land for miles will be Morocco. The Hotel group Aman resorts has announced plans to build five luxury resorts along this stretch of the Iberian peninsula. The Amanresorts group plans to build the resorts on unspoiled beaches – and close to historical sites – throughout Andalusia, Barcelona and Catalonia.

Barcelona, Madrid, Seville and Grenada all continue to trend as hot spots both in the summer and winter.
