I was a newbie to cruising. Maria booked my first solo trip and I loved it so much that I brought my daughter with me for another sailing the following year. Then she arranged a once-in-a-lifetime Christmas trip for my family to England. She went above and beyond to see to every detail for a seamless vacation. It was simply magical! When the opportunity to travel comes around again, Maria will be my first call.

Maria was incredible in helping us plan both our destination wedding and a family trip! I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She made the entire travel process seamless and stress-free. We will absolutely continue using her as our travel agent—and many of our friends and family will be doing the same. Maria planned two trips for us in great detail providing us a great sense of her professionalism and detailed involvement. She orchestrated a very memorable Cunard Transatlantic (including four additional family members) with superb accommodations and extra amenities arranged through Cunard. It was the trip of a lifetime. Upon the conclusion and our arrival in NYC amid a coincidental "rainstorm to end all rainstorms" flooding the dock area, nearby subway stations, and portions of Brooklyn, Maria answered our desperate plea for scheduled transportation (that had failed to show) and miraculously was able to get us transportation from the disembarkation zone that most other passengers were unable to get and were left waiting hours while the storm subsided. Incredible! Put a big smile on our faces in the eye of a potentially disappointing finish to a wonderful experience. Our second impressive experience with Maria was a Paris-Normandy River Cruise with Ama Waterways. She arranged superior accommodations, special pre-cruise activities, upgraded Air, and transfers. We had this trip on our schedule for a full nine months. Unfortunately, five days before departure to Europe, I suffered a medical emergency forcing me and my wife to cancel the trip. We are veteran travelers and this is the first time ever that we had to cancel a trip. We had no experience in doing this. Maria walked us through all the steps, oversaw and tracked all remittances, and insured we were made whole for everything that our insurance policy provided for. Maria made it happen! We are desirous of again doing a Paris-Normandy River Cruise and will definitely work through Maria to do it. She has been phenomenal! We have recommended her highly to our friends.

We've used Maria several times for international trips, and have recommended her to many friends and family members (who have used her as well)! Working with Maria takes the stress away from planning a vacation. She's easy to work with, listens to what you want, and puts all the puzzle pieces together. With Maria‘s mantra in my head that, “once you leave your house, your vacation has begun” nothing bothered me, not the weather delays at the airport, not traffic, not crowds etc!
