Helen Skipper helped us plan a mother/daughter getaway to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic . We were very happy with the complete holiday package including flights, accommodations and transfers Helen put together for us. She made it effortless to book, managed everything to the last detail, provided great recommendations, took time to answer all our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip at the last minute and Helen was right there to help us with that, too! She was instrumental in securing a refund and even went so far as to ensure we could rebook for the same rate, which made canceling a little less painful. We can’t thank her enough for her patience, hard work and quick responses. We’ll definitely use Helen to book our next trip and the one after that!

Carribean R&R

Helen booked an amazing vacation for me to Club Med in Guadeloupe! I have never used a travel agent before, but I'm a total convert. The planning was effortless on my part because Helen was so knowledgeable and she did the research necessary to fulfill all of my requests. She made sure that I knew all of the COVID restrictions and requirements. She watched my flights to make sure nothing was delayed or canceled and checked in on my once I arrived at the property to make sure I had everything I needed. When protests broke out over a political situation, she sent me a link to a news article. So, clearly she was watching out for me! Thanks for planning such a great trip for me to relax and rejuvenate, with a little adventure mixed in!

Great trip with frustrating travel portion

I began working with Helen several months prior to our planned trip. I found her to be very helpful in our planning process. She presented several options for us to consider and, once we had made our decisions, she took it from there. I immediately felt very comfortable in working and communicating with her. We had not traveled in many years, and this trip was an international adventure, so her knowledge and expertise were invaluable in putting together a package. She provided several tips that made things much easier for us and always answered any questions or concerns we had, which was very reassuring as we drew closer to our departure. Unfortunately, as our trip began our experience wasn't the greatest with numerous delays, missed connections and many hours in airports, mainly Atlanta. Helen was there for us all the way, working diligently on her end to try and make things happen and giving us encouragement and direction to overcome the situations. I cannot stress this enoug
