A WeddingMoon Of Dreams

Addison planned our WeddingMoon at Sandals and...well, wow! We felt so lost at the start, but had found his Mr TraveLux videos on YouTube, which informed us about all of the resorts. If you think the videos are informational, just try the service! From links, maps, photos, and everything we needed to make our trip special, it was all there. We also liked the digital touch and ability to it all over email, which was awesome.

As we prepare for our upcoming vacation (22 July) we wanted to thank Addison, Racquel & Brevinal for their knowledge and assistance. When we were looking for where to go it was Addison's resort videos that really helped us get to know each property in depth to aid in our decision. As well his survey which we both took then compared our results to see which ones where a match for us both. I did initially book with Sandals directly on their website and the online help was good. But it felt scripted. I noticed on the Reliant Destinations site an option to switch all further assistance over to them, and there was no cost. I think it was a smart choice as whenever something came up we couldn't find answer to or just curious about we reached out to this amazing team and they were quick to respond, informative, and had that real human element. I highly recommend anyone to utilize their services. It's calming to go into a vacation not stressed about the vacation.

I did not know what to expect, however, I did not expect the level of service we received at the resort. Your reviews on YouTube are excellent, and that still did not prepare us for the stay we had. The Butler service was one of the best decisions we made. Our Butlers, Omar and Aaron, helped us quickly to know all the resort had to offer. If it were not for them, I am sure we would have found out but at a much later time during our trip. Their service was unmatched, setups at the beach, taking care of the logistics for our excursions, and so much more. We went for my wife Rose’s 40th birthday and the bar was set very high and that was made possible by you all. Thank You again for all your work with Reliant Destinations and Mr TraveLux on YouTube. I wish I would have known about this last time
My wife and I recently returned from Sandals Royal Barbados. Honestly, it was everything we could have hope for and more. This was our 2nd time to Sandals (our honeymoon was there). Thing is that our first time around wasn't so good on the service department with Sandals. When we would call up Sandals the call rep always seemed disinterested and it wasn't really out style. Being rushed and all. Prob like most folks we found Addison and his team on YouTube. The videos were amazing and we learned a ton. So we reached out and the rest is history. Truth is - we'll only use Addison and Reliant Destinations forever now. For a free service, you can't beat that. Sandals pays their bills so they can help us, so just extra benefit and no cost. The Best Concierge One Could Want!
I am not one to usually write reviews, but I have to say how awesome Addison and his team have been for my trip. Yeah...I'm usually a D.I.Y. kinda guy, but with the COVID difficulties and restrictions on these islands, I thought I should reach out and see how he can help. For my 20th anniversary, it needed to be great. Addison and his team were simply superb. I was given an info hub just for his clients which had so much information on it - I really was glad there were some F.A.Q.s on there as they answered many questions I hadn't thought to ask. In short, he took what could have been a nightmare trip to do myself and helped me put all the pieces together an easy way for my wife and I. It's simple: don't book Sandals or Beaches without using Addison/Reliant Destinations. Cost me nothing and even though I had booked a week before directly online, I was able to assign him to service my booking and we are so glad we did.

A Wedding To Remember!
We have just returned from our wedding-moon at the Sandals Grand St Lucian and it was beyond our expectations. We found Addison initially on YouTube and, having never used an independent agent before, were slightly worried but I can assure anyone who has similar doubts that Addison has been so professional and fantastic through this whole process and was an absolute god send during Covid. We have been through god knows how many issues due to the ever changing Covid, but Addison has been on the ball and fought our corner through it all.
