My name is Carrie Ward. I live in Apex, NC with my husband, Gary and 4 daughters. I grew up in Florida and went to Disney World often as a child. For the past 20+ years my husband and I have been taking our girls to Disney every year. It is a tradition that is very special to our family with some of our best memories on vacation there.
I am a planner and organizer by nature. Planning every detail of a trip is almost as much fun for me as taking the trip itself! I love to research all things Disney and can’t wait to help clients plan their trip! I am an Walt Disney World Annual Passholder so i visit the parks often to help give clients tips from my personal experiences!

My tips for a successful Disney World Vacation
Top 3 vacation tips when going to Disney World:
1. There is so much to do in Disney World. You can’t do everything so make a list of your must do’s.
2. Plan ahead but leave time to be in the moment. Also, carve out some time to relax because Disney can be exhausting.
3. Enjoy family time while you are there and get the Memory Maker. You will have pictures to cherish and memories to enjoy for years to come.

We truly had the most amazing time! We took our 4 year old as a pre pre-k celebration and our 9 month old. Those ages can make traveling difficult, but with Carrie’s help it was just perfect. I can not wait to go back!

Disney trip with extended family

Carrie did an awesome job helping us understand our options, and how to best maximize our time in the park. I'd never been before (as an adult) & we went with a wide range of ages (3-71) which of course can complicate things. She answered every question we had in a timely and complete fashion. We literally did everything we hoped to - way more than the 3/2/1 most places advertise (though I think it's still a good place to set expectations). Thank you!

It was an amazing trip!

When my wife and I decided Disney for our children, we didn't realize how much planning was involved. Once Carrie helped us with planning, it helped take any pressures and deadlines off of our shoulders. Carrie knows Disney. She was able to get our dining preferences and secure a spot at Cinderella's Royal Table for our daughters, which was one of our first ideas when we booked for Disney. She gave us recommendations and places to consider. Carrie also made herself available while we were on vacation and helped us with a dining reservation situation. She graciously met with us whenever we requested it and helped us clear up any confusion we may have had. My wife and I had a wonderful trip to Disney World. I had some work in the area and wanted to tie in a few days at WDW. Carrie made this trip super easy for us. Most magical trip ever!!

We just recently got back from Disney World, and taking 2 children ages 6 and 5 months old I was a little worried how this would go being our first trip. Carrie helped us develop a plan that couldn't have went anymore smooth for our family. Carrie truly made this trip the best experience for all us. Carrie was always there before and during the trip to ask questions or to just check in and see how things were going. Carrie set us up with a car services to shuttle us back and forth to the airport where they even brought carseats for us. The best family vacation we have ever taken!

My kids are 11 and 9. We had last gone to Disney in January 2020, and it just so happened to be the most crowded we have ever seen it and we were miserable and flushed our money down the toilet. Fast forward to August 2025. Carrie helped us plan a FLAWLESS Disney trip! From the perfect resort for us (Port Orleans French Quarter), to helping us pick ideal dates for lower crowds, ideal days per week for each park, and very specific and accurate time saving advice on lightning lanes and single ride passes- she helped us with it all! She was available basically on call while on our trip for support. She was bright and cheery and full of thoughtful advice. She even helped us modify dining reservations deep into our trip. We are so thankful for her coordination, knowledge, and support. We highly recommend Carrie!

So much fun at Disney

I was overwhelmed at the thought of planning our family's very first trip to Disney World, so I reached out to Carrie. In the first 5 minutes of our phone call, she put my mind at ease! I was nervous about going to Walt Disney World Resort post-COVID with their new and enhanced rules and regulations. I was also new to the Genie Service and had lots of questions. Carrie is just the consummate professional. She is conscientious, kind, and so helpful. I do not know how we ever traveled without her assistance before. We had an amazing time at Walt Disney World and that would never have happened without Carrie's guidance, help, advice and top-notch planning. She was there for every step of the way doing her absolute best to make things as easy and smooth for us as possible. Incredible Trip

Carrie made the entire process easy and seamless. She offered options (lodging, meals, experiences) at every pricing level, didn't push or rush our decisions, and had incredible service. I was (and still am) a bit of a skeptic of large crowd theme parks. But I will say I am officially not boxed into the "one and done" group of Disney-goers. Disney far exceeded all of our expectations, and Carrie's service was on par with everything we experienced at Disney. Highly recommend!

Such a fun family cruise!

Carrie is truly the best! My family recently went on the Disney Wish and we couldn’t have planned this trip without her. We had a very big group of people with a wide range of ages and Carrie helped us find activity’s that everyone would enjoy. She made sure that our rooms and dinner tables were near each other so all of us could be close together. She was organized, easy to communicate with, and very thorough with explaining how everything would work. We felt very prepared and couldn’t have had a more magical cruise. My kids talk about our Disney Cruise all the time and we can’t wait to go on another one- with the help of Carrie of course:) I can’t thank her enough for how much she did for us! When my family first decided we wanted to go to Disney I was very overwhelmed, but when I contacted Carrie that instantly changed because she helped us with everything. Wonderful family vacation!

We just got back from an amazing Disney and Universal Studios trip! We have a family of six and brought my mom and mother in law along on our trip.
