Snow Vacations Make For Great Quality Time!

We are so grateful for everything Lisa did to make our Disneyland vacation so memorable! Personally walking us through the app was extremely helpful. The "hidden" entrance and exit was so useful. My spa day was perfect! My feet and legs were so tired I could not have continued onwards without it! Our daughter really enjoyed her manicure, as well. I loved using the rain shower after my massage. I think the mid-week timing was on point. Using Instacart to deliver basics to the hotel was also great for us, as food options in/near our hotel were lacking, too expensive or limited for our picky teenager. The jazz restaurant was awesome! We ate there twice, once just walking in for dinner with no reservation.

This was our first cruise and working with Lisa Segarra was a smooth sailing experience. Travel advisors answer your questions but Lisa travelled with us virtually. I mean she’s been on the ship and experienced all it has to offer so it was like she was there with us. She hand picked our cabin because she knew what I would see while on my balcony. I did not know if I would get sea sick, so being mid ship on deck 7 with a balcony surely helped. Not to mention the beautiful views we had. From day one, until sail date, Lisa helped us with special needs we may ask for in our cabin. She advised us with getting the proper documents we would need. She set up a payment plan for our cruise. She stayed with us every step of the way in planning this cruise. A few weeks before cruise date she mailed out a care package that came in a string backpack, with all our documents, luggage tags and door magnet sign. A very special thanks to our Disney Travel Planner Lisa Segarra, she planned our trip in about a month, she asked all the questions to get to know us as a family, then went to work. She gave us all the tips and tricks, was persistent on checking for dinner reservations (that wasn’t easy as we we decided to do DW last minute), and got us booked everywhere we wanted to go. Lisa was a big help in the planning stage of our trip. She gave us recommendations on where to spend our weekend trip and recommendations on which resorts to stay at. Her communication is spot on, and her advice -- on flights, excursions, Disney World adventures, car rentals, hotel rentals -- saved us hours of time and hundreds of dollars. We had a wonderful experience using Lisa’s services for our trip to France. She helped us secure a trip for our extended family as all 7 of us traveled on an Adventures by Disney River Cruise along the Seine River from Paris to Normandy and back. Usually Adventures by Disney takes care of everything, but Lisa filled in the gaps when it came to securing trip insurance for the different needs of our family members, getting us to and from with everyone coming in from different locations, and helping us secure tours when we had time on our own in Paris.
