We have worked with Mike on multiple occasions. From quick weekend get aways to week long international travel and cruises! He's quick to get us quotes, keep us posted on great deals, and gets answers to all of our questions. Best of all, it's no additional cost to us. Disney Trip

Michael did a great job in planning our trip to Disney World. He is extremely knowledgeable in regards to transportation, dining, resorts, and the parks. What I really enjoyed was that he was a resource from our first planning conversation until we left the vacation to come home. He was always there for questions and suggestions. I will absolutely not hesitate to ask him about future trips and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again!!

Disney Spring Break

Michael helped us plan a wonderful trip to Disney World. From matching us to the right property/hotel to recommendations for dining and experiences, and transportation while we were there. Best Disney trip to date!

Michael was available anytime we had questions and to offer advice even before we booked our trip. We’ve been to Disney a dozen times but I felt the most prepared for the trip we booked with him. Even when we ran into issues with new policies at Disney during the trip, he was quick to help us while in the parks. The trip would not have been a success without him! Michael’s knowledge of Disney and travel in general is unmatched!

Michael was immensely helpful to us in planning our 12 day trip to Disney and Universal studios. He booked our hotel, transportation and many of our meals. He told us about all the extra things to get like Magic bands and Lightning lanes to skip lines for rides. He saved us a ton of time on planning. When we arrived at Orlando, our transportation and hotel was all lined up exactly as planned. He was also available for a few questions I had about Disney. Our trip went more smoothly than I could have imagined. I think I only spent less than an hour cumulatively between phone calls for planning the entire trip. Michael did all the work outside of that and I couldn't be happier with his service.

Mickeys very merry christmas

I want to start out by saying, I am not an easy person to work with. I am anxious, indecisive, and controlling. Michael was so patient and talked through everything. He even stepped up to help when I wanted to find something special for my sisters trip that was hiccuped by the hurricane!
We traveled for our first Disney Christmas season celebration. Michael genuinely listened to what was important to our family, some of the struggles we have had in the past with traveling with 2 young kids, and actually gave input when we were trying to decide between various things (I hate when people just tell me it’s whatever I want!! I need help!!) from all travel, resort, parks, and activities, Michael knocked it out the park (no pun intended). My biggest praise was him getting up early to make sure we got every dining experience we wanted!! Already starting to plan our next two adventures with Michael!!

Saved us from having to cancel entirely

Vacation disaster averted
My wife and I had a vacation booked for 5 nights at Sandals Antigua, booked through Michael's travel agency. Well our CLT flight got delayed for mechanical with no way to make our connection to the once a day flight to Antigua. American said they could get us there in 2 days. We decided to just go wherever American can get us that day in the Caribbean. Turns out the only flight out of CLT that day that was full (either going or returning) was to Puerto Rico. We say fine.
Michael scrambled to cancel our Sandals reservation and also find us a place on a beach in Puerto Rico for that afternoon. he also files our trip insurance paperwork to get reimbursed for the Sandals stuff. He had us a room on the beach (with strawberries and champagne) and transport to and from the airport in about 30 minutes.
So if you need someone to plan your vacation, get you deals, and then be willing to work his butt off when it falls apart, Michael Killion is your guy.
