I have since moved to Florida and same neighbors still use Kelly! we are in Florida but use her up in New York because she is always so wonderful in the way she treats and takes care of us! this cruise i just booked is to meet with an old coworker from Illinois and she made all my plans work out great! We decided in July to visit Alaska and Kelly was helpful in planning a last minute land/cruise to Alaska for August! She was able to help me understand the inside passage route and the trip to Denali National Park. She had all the information for us when we just popped in and booked that day! Everything sounded perfect and was perfect. The trip by dome train to Denali was long but very relaxing and interesting due to our guide. The Denali tour did present it's first snow this year but we still were able to enjoy the scenic area. She provided me with prompt emails when days later I would think of something regarding weather, clothing, hotel accommodations, etc. The inner passage was the perfect opportunity to see the glaciers upclose before our port stops. Each city/town was spectaculor. Yankee Trail shuttle early am to/from airport was a great convenience and drivers polite and friendly. I will be checking with Kelly about some future cruises that are listed as she is well informed in guiding us. I think she did a smooth plan !!

I would definitely recommend Yankee Trails because of Kelly McKiever. Kelly has booked several trips for us. A couple trips were for several cabins and involved changes to accommodate our varied travelers. She always made requested updates to our itinerary in a friendly manner. She is easy to contact by email and very quick to respond.

We have booked cruises for a few years with Kelley and she has been extremely helpful but none more than this year. After booking the cruise my wife Donna was diagnosed with the return of cancer and was told she should not cruise. We informed Kelly and she helped get all the refund we were entitled to. A couple of months later the doctors revisited Donna's condition and allowed her to go on the cruise. Our children were very happy as the cruise was a family one and now their mother could go. We called Kelley and room was scarce on the ship at that time, but she made it happen. Trust me this was the short version and at least ten calls were made back and forth. We love Yankee Trails and a lot has to do with professional and accommodating Kelly McKiever is!!
