Jessica was so wonderful every step of the way! This was our first family Disney trip and I didn’t know how to plan or what to expect. She drew our attention to important timelines and helped us with rescheduling when COVID prohibited our initial plans. Disney was extra magical thanks to her guidance! We can’t wait to have her help us plan our return!

Jessica was absolutely amazing, best experience I could’ve had. I’ve already recommended her to many people for planning a Disney trip. She was well versed on all details of the trip planning process, understanding of my tons of questions, friendly, assuring and a go getter. I messaged her quite a few times during randomly outside of our email conversations and she always replied and would help me with whatever question I had. She helped plan around my daughters martial arts tournament schedule, changed our rooms when our first rooms sold out, added more people to our reservation later just to mentions a few things, and it was all as smooth as can be. I went in totally blind and unknowing of anything about Disney and I felt really confident about our trip after talking with her. Genuinely the best experience I’ve had with planning a vacation.
