I’ve also handled challenges, like quickly resolving a last-minute room cancellation for a family at Universal and even going the extra mile by sending them an e-gift card to show my appreciation for their patience. As a well-traveled mom of three and soon-to-be grandmother, I understand the intricacies of family travel, from balancing the needs of kids and adults to making sure everyone has a great time.
