Randi has been awesome to work with. She took care of every detail of our Disney trip, from scheduling dining and fast passes and arranging stroller rentals. Unfortunately covid got in the way of our Disney vacation. Randi helped us reschedule for a time when we hoped covid would be less of an issue. Although we ultimately had to cancel our vacation, I know as soon as we are ready to schedule our Disney trip, we will work with Randi again.

I don't typically book trips like this with travel agents, but Randi was so ridiculously helpful when booking this trip that I just don't know how I'll ever go back to handling all the details myself again. We were planning to go with friends. So she initially sent us a booking for all the same things as our friends (flights, rooms, etc). Then we really put her through the ringer asking for several alternatives (different departure airport, different dates, different number of people going). She was the consummate professional, never making us feel bad for asking for those alternatives. We were able to get the exact vacation we wanted, and it was entirely thanks to Randi! She was spectacular-- an excellent communicator and an all-around delight to work with.

She has been amazing! From last minute trips to trips that are months out-she has supported me all the way!

Randi was quick in the amount of time to respond to my questions regarding my trip. She had a vast amount of knowledge about Disney and I greatly appreciate the advice that was given.
