Monica was VERY helpful, quick to respond and accommodate any new requests. I'd never used a travel planner before because I really like planning trips myself. A trip to Disney World is a whole different beast, though, so I decided to find a Disney planner. We used Monica for this trip, and I honestly couldn't believe how helpful she was at no extra cost to us! It felt too good to be true!

I've never been to Orlando before and felt overwhelmed at all the information I was coming across. I found Making a better Mousetrip after googling and realized I needed outside help. I contacted them and within a few hours had Monica assigned to me. We talked on the phone initially so she could address all my questions and figure out what I wanted. She was able to get me great discounts as well as give me great advice about where to stay. She was on top of the deadlines for payment and made sure I knew what I needed to do to get the different parks at Disneyworld scheduled. And best of all, they don't even charge a fee for all the work they do. About a week before the trip, I received a packet in the mail with a bunch of papers that listed everything I should do before the trip, each day of the trip and what to do if something goes wrong (which it didn't because she had me so well prepared). I loved that they gave me a list of the rides at each park with a rating o

Monica's knowledge of all things Disney is incredible! She is on top of all things new, changed, closed, special events and discount offers. She goes above & beyond to make sure your trip is as perfect as can be. Her knowledge runs further than just the parks. She also has great knowledge of outside vendors. Where to get groceries from, scooter rental, transportation from the airports, even off Disney site events. Even while on vacation if something goes wrong she is only a phone call away to work her magic. She does all the work for you, while we can watch Disney movies to get excited she's on the phone doing her magic for us. She is a gem! If she could only take care of the weather while on vacation, but I guess that's pushing it. We keep coming back to her, because we know things will be done correctly the first time. Keep up the great job Monica!!
