Krystal was so helpful in planning our first Disney trip as a family. She was always prompt to answer any questions we had. She was also able to reserve all of the dinner spots we wanted! Can’t recommend her enough!

Krystal does an excellent job of listening to people and helping make their traveling plans fit to what they would like to do. She is skilled at finding just right locations for overnight accommodations in addition to supporting travelers with helpful information about attractions. She found informational links for destinations and provided different options for site seeing.

I am a very detail oriented individual and when I am going anywhere let alone a place I may be spend more money than typical, I want to get all my bang for my buck. Going in blind or spontaneous to Disney is not appealing to me or recommended for the current and complicated options available these days. I can't count the number of emails and questions I sent to Krystal to make sure I knew exactly how to set up my magic bands, app, reservations, lightning lanes, the list goes on and on. She was always quick to respond with the amount of details I require in an answer. On top of her great service, at the last minute our resort pool was going to be closed during our stay and the pool was the main drive for choosing the location. Krystal didn't hesitate to look up other options literally days before our trip and ended up working with Disney to get a solution we were all happy with! I have never used a travel agent before this trip and I can't see why you wouldn't use one!!!
