Despite falling amid a global pandemic, my grandmother was adamant we celebrate her 90th birthday with family at Disney. Morgann was confident Disney would keep our group of 16 healthy and happy. She was right. She walked the group through individual quotes from no less than 7 of the on-property resorts. Her advice was invaluable when it came to narrowing down our resort selection. She ensured we were up to date on changing health requirements and applied the best discounts to our packages, even months after we initially booked. Her insight to restaurants was appreciated and her expertise was enthusiastically confirmed by parkgoers outside our party. Without her making dining reservations, we would have stuck! Morgann touched base continuously between booking and departure. In the days just prior to leaving she reached out with final reminders and tips that ensured we were prepared appropriately. Thanks to her guidance, we had the most wonderful time in the happiest place on Earth!
