Recently we ventured from our east coast home on an 8 day excursion that took us via Anchorage to Vancouver, BC on an Inner Passage Alaska Cruise. Since we had not cruised in 37 years, this Alaska cruise was a long-awaited bucket list adventure. The experience did not disappoint. The service we got from Chris was top-notch. No question or concern was left unanswered. From the low-key initial inquiry meetings, to the final planning stages of getting all excursions chosen, she was right there to hold our hand and answer any and all questions. Even though we are not seasoned cruise experts, Chris made us feel competent and more than ready to face any challenge we might face on the way. From start to finish, she helped make the trip easy.
