Yvonne did an EXCELLENT job with helping me book my first 8 Day Carnival Venezia Cruise which traveled to Amber Cover, Dominican Republic, Grand Turk and Half Moon Cay, The Bahamas. I usually enjoy planning my own trips however, I had way too many things going on and needed a break from everything, even from planning my own vacation. I couldn't figure out where to go, even though I had some "musts" as far as location was concerned. Yvonne provided me with an array of great choices within my budget. She was available to discuss options and rationalize pros/cons for each of the locations. We decided on the resort, and that was the hardest part of my planning. Yvonne handled the rest of the booking, shuttle to/from the resort, updated Covid restrictions and provided ample emails and information. During our stay, she was available for any questions or concerns and texted to make sure everything was to our expectations. She even texted to make sure we arrived back home safely. This was my 1st time booking a travel agent, and I felt more on vacation than ever. Will definitely book and recommend Yvonne to family and friends!
