Jodi was fantastic! She picked the perfect resort for us in Turks and Caicos, called Seven Stars. She handled all of the details, including flight, transportation to and from the Providenciales airport. Jodi is very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was perfect! Jodi is simply spectacular at what she does and we cannot recommend her highly enough! She helped us book our 2024 Christmas vacation to Jamaica and we will definitely be keeping her as our travel agent. We travelled on a plane for the first time with our nine month old and thanks to Jodi had access to Club Mobay when we arrived in Montego Bay. This service made it quick and easy to get through customs instead of waiting in long lines. Shortly into our trip, our little one unfortunately became very sick with pneumonia and we had to cut our vacation short to get to the hospital. Jodi could not have been more helpful working behind the scenes to make our lives easier so we could focus on our infant receiving the best medical care possible. We recently came back after booking through Jodi for the first time. This was definitely not the last time. We have never booked a vacation this easily. Jodi took care of everything for us, showing us different options for different resorts, flights and so on. Once we had booked, she made sure we had all the necessary documentations, we even received a packing list ;). She checked in with us every couple days, she let us know if our flight gate changed as well as anything else that came up. I can't praise her enough, if I could give more stars I would. Great service! When we used Jodi, I knew she would dot every I and cross every t. She did not miss a detail and took care of any questions immediately. We were concerned that one of my children would have to cancel, and she helped us with the best insurance and advice. We also got a great deal on our cabins, drink plans, etc., thanks to Jodi.

Jodi was great with communication. If I had any questions she responded quickly and was very informative. Even while on vacation we had a slight change with our flight and she got right on it to try to find a solution. She advised us to do TSA pre check which was a GAME CHANGER and we didn’t even know about it had she not told us. She had the resort set up rose petals and a cheese tray with champagne for our arrival (we spoke with other honeymooners that didn’t use a travel agent and they did not get the same service), which was amazing! Overall, she was awesome and we will absolutely use her again and recommend her to family and friends!

Our hotel in Sorrento exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect, staff was amazing and the rooms were quite large compared to other hotels we stayed in Italy. The pool was an added bonus!
