Friends referred us to Cindy Martin-Rolsky, AKA Cruise Masters Travel. We have worked with her on 3 different trips over the past 8 months. Cindy provided primary advice and detailed planning for our "hosted" trip to Peru, including Machu Picchu plus Cusco area and Lima. In the 10 days prior we toured the Galapagos with NG/Lindblad, which we booked. Cindy researched alternative trip insurance, and gave advice on what/how to cover specifics. We bought what we needed at 1/2 the cost. Cindy provided primary planning for an upcoming trip to Germany, including a tour through Bavaria, flight to Berlin, and a Viking cruise on the Elbe. Cindy recommended a Kensington Tours "hosted" travel plan for Peru. She planned our daily itinerary, lined up all flights, trains, buses, private cars, drivers, guides, hotels, tickets, transfers, entry fees, private tours in Sacred Valley, Cusco and Machu Picchu, luggage logistics. Great way to travel. KTs was virtually flawless on logistics. A+. They were always there to meet us, coming and going, handle luggage, tickets, answer questions, and the friendliest of staff. Hotels ranged from special (Sacred Valley and Cusco) to fully adequate. Lunches and dinners planned for us were all good to excellent. The itinerary was pro-forma for a Machu Picchu week, but we enjoyed every day and saw everything we wanted to see and more. We were very impressed with Peru. the multiple Inca sites, scenery, food, wine, shopping, city scenes, friendly people. Machu Picchu was the highlight, but among a lot of other great tour days. Both guides were simply terrific; Alvaro in the Sacred Valley/ Cusco; Umberto at Machu Picchu. Both are natives, well educated, knowledgeable, personable, and eager. They greatly enhanced our Peru experience. We are highly impressed with Cindy's work and give her our highest recommendation. She is a pro who provides value-added services with her deep experience and knowledge of travel.
