I have been working with Chelsea for a couple of years and will never not! She is able to get us perks at all our favorite hotels- spa credits, breakfast credits, early check-in/late check out, etc. - all at no additional cost. Each time we are celebrating a birthday or anniversary, she makes sure to contact the hotel, and there is always a special treat, waiting for us in our room.

My specific trip was a bit cumbersome as it occurred during the government shutdown making travel somewhat tricky.
