I would like to thank you again for your kind and professional help setting up a cruise with Celebrity last month. My wife, daughter, and I had a great time. You chose the perfect cruise line / ship for us, and managing all the reservations made our trip more enjoyable and trouble free. No or very few loud and rude children / teenagers were on that cruise. Those that were on the ship were somewhat segregated in areas set-aside for them. Most the passengers were middle age and older. Also, thanks for taking my phone calls for advice.

Before I visited Pamela I had been to several agencies in our area. She is the only agent I spoke with that really took the time to carefully listen and help me come up with a plan that met my travel goals and fall well within my budget. None of the other agents I spoke with were familiar with traveling to Peru and seemed to be unwilling to do the research necessary to come up with an itinerary. Pamela however, researched the areas I wanted to visit and was able to come up with excellent hotels that were within walking distance of the sites I wanted to see. She also made sure that the staff at these locations was bi-lingual. This was a huge help to me since I do not speak Spanish. I was impressed that she followed up with me before my trip to make sure I did not have any last minute questions or changes that needed to be made to my itinerary. She also checked in with me during the trip and after I had returned to make sure everything had gone smoothly. She is excellent!
