From day one, Michele was wonderful to work with. She assisted with all phases of planning our cruise and was able to obtain a lower price for me. I really enjoyed working with her, and it was like talking with a friend. She made all the annoying details of planning a vacation easy and helped me navigate through all the rules and requirements still in place due to COVID. We communicated via e-mails and the phone and she was very responsive and answered all my questions. She checked in with me throughout the process to see if I needed anything, which I appreciated. She provided a high level of service and was a big part in making the cruise a fantastic vacation for my son and I. I will definitely be using Michele again for our next big vacation and will highly recommend her to my family and friends. She is the best!!

Michele was phenomenal! She didn’t leave one detail out, and went above and beyond to tell the hotel it was my birthday! We were welcomed with a slice of pie and it started the trip off on a great foot!

Cannot say enough great things about Michele! From day 1 she was so helpful and patient. Answered every question and more that I had. She was so thorough with planning our vacation. I was so nervous about traveling with little ones, but she knew how to make things so simple. The room and hotel was perfect for our family. The dinner recommendations and reservations were AMAZING. Could not recommend her enough. I look forward for her to plan our future trips :-)

Although this trip would have been easy to book ourselves, I feel that Michele just added that piece of mind by making sure we had everything covered. I would tell people that even if you think you can book on your own, there may be a tiny detail that you leave out that could really make or break the trip. She was on top of everything and very responsive. Michele had awesome recommendations for where to eat and a lot of helpful hacks. when you go to a place for a short time where there's a lot to do and you know it's going to be crowded, you really need someone who knows how to maximize your time. Michele is definitely that person and i will use her again for all future trips.

Michele is an absolute GEM! From starting the Disney planning process throughout the actual trip, Michele made herself available for questions, guidance, advice, and I would definitely say overextended herself to ensure our trip was amazing. She is a joy to work with—responsive, attentive, but also so knowledgeable and honest about the destination and attractions. She really individualized our trip for my family based on our conversations/email exchanges, which I truly appreciate! I simply cannot say enough good things about Michele…she was meant to be a travel agent!
