Ultra-Luxury - Expedition & Europe Specialist

First of all, I would like to recognize Sylvia’s outstanding customer service. She was given our itinerary of the cities we were visiting. She even worked out situations for a fellow traveler who changed the itinerary more than three times. We visited the beautiful city of Palermo and put us in the amazing hotel of the Grand Piazza Borsa. It was steps away from the busy avenue yet close enough to walk to various restaurants and shops. Sylvia gave us recommendations of sites to see. We visited the Norman Palace which is a Unesco site along with the Cappaella Palatina. We took a side trip to Agrigento and visited the Valle. De Templi. We continued our way to Calagirone. The quaint small town had one hotel called Caltagirone Villa San Mauro. The hotel was also outside of the town square. We were able to visit La Scala. It is several steps up to the church. We were able to climb up the bell tower and get a view of the town. The best part of the location of the hotel is an amazing Italian local restaurant. The name of the restaurant is Giarderno Vacco. Their customer service is top notch and the food was so delicious. On our way to Taormina, we stayed at Baia Taormina. It was served miles from the city center. The view was magnificent of the costal shore. It was definitely a nice oasis from the busy sites. We were able to visit the Greek Theatre and visited the cute shops and eat at a popular sandwich place. Next door to the sandwich place was a place called Pistachio. They had the best gelato there. We then drove to the Gambino winery. We had lunch with our tasting. I highly recommend this winery. Our last destination was Catania. Sylvia booked us in a beautiful and centralized hotel in Catania. It was walking distance to so many eateries and places to visit. One of our visits was to the World War II museum. We walked back to our hotel and ate at the local restaurants just around the corner from our hotel. Thank you Sylvia for our memorable trip.

Planning this trip with her was incredibly easy from start to finish. She is so flexible, approachable, and attentive that the entire process felt simple and stress-free. Our trip to Paris and the South of France was truly beautiful. Every hotel she selected felt like something out of a dream—absolutely stunning. The service was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch in every single place we stayed. Everything she chose for us reflected such care and thoughtfulness. I recommend her 1000% to anyone looking for a travel agent who will create a seamless and unforgettable experience.

Sylvia Cuervo with Korvo travel has helped us with a few trips now and she's been wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, having traveled a lot herself. In addition to travel tips in general, she gave us specific advice on things to do, including giving us links for tours. She's a good listener and found us the type of hotels we wanted in great locations. She always called or texted me back when I contacted her, and very patiently answered all of my questions. Her Pocket Travel App had our itinerary and all of our documents in one place, and that was super helpful. We also appreciated that she arranged for someone to pick us up at the airport, so we could have a stress-free arrival. We highly recommend having Sylvia help you plan your next trip!

We went to Barcelona, France and Italy and everything was take care of by the amazing Sylvia! All the information of the bookings was in our pocket traveler app and it was super easy to use. We didn't have one single issue checking in to our hotels and that was super important for us considering that we were traveling with a toddler. Totally recommend you reach out to Sylvia with your plan and she will bring it to life!

Korvo Travel Group provided me with a seamless experience and was able to find me great pricing and was always available for any questions that I had. This being my first cruise I had a lot of questions regarding accommodations as I was traveling with my partner and our 2 small children, but every question was answered in a timely manner and I cannot wait to go back on another cruise and will be booking with Korvo for all my future trips.

We took a 12 day cruise to Japan. Normally I take care of my own vacations but this time we used Korvo Travel Agency and we were VERY happy. Sylvia went the extra mile with us finding great tours that enhanced our experience. She also helped me find a great cabin on the ship and great tips for connections from the airport to the terminals. I will definitely go to her again!
Thank you Sylvia!

Sylvia planned everything for our special trip meticulously. We plan a trip with our grandchildren when they turn 8 years old. It is a family tradition, and Sylvia understood hoow important it was to make this trip special. She was very good at including activities that would become core memories for our little Rae. Her personalized attention is what sets her apart from any other planner we have worked with. Next year we will travel with another granddaughter and Sylvia will be planning our trip for sure!

"I had the pleasure of working with an amazing individual who made my dream European trip a reality. Her support and guidance throughout the planning process were truly exceptional. She exhibited great patience and, above all, ensured that my trip exceeded all my expectations."

Sylvia handled the accomodations for a family of five to Italy in September 2023. It was a huge timesaver to have her expertise in locating hotels and apartments in accordance with the budget. Her phone app was extremely helpful in providing the details and contacts of each place, flights, tours, etc. all in one place. Sylvia communicates well and is very responsive to my questions and concerns. I look forward to the 2024 trip booked with Sylvia. Highly recommend.

Sylvia was a great at communicating with us and made sure we had all the information that we requested about every city we were visiting. She found the best hotels and our private tours were first class.

Sylvia is absolutely the best. She put together two separate trips for us with our grandchildren, arranging every single detail from flights to hotels, tours, and activities. And her work didn't stop once we had booked. She stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was in order. On one trip she took my call in the middle of the night to arrange new flights and an extra hotel stay when we were delayed by weather. She also negotiated refunds from our resort and airline.

Working with Sylvia is a dream! She takes all your hopes and wishes and makes turns them into a reality that’s even better than what you had imagined! We’re already working on our new adventure and I can’t wait!!
