Sylvia Cuervo with Korvo travel has helped us with a few trips now and she's been wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, having traveled a lot herself. In addition to travel tips in general, she gave us specific advice on things to do, including giving us links for tours. She's a good listener and found us the type of hotels we wanted in great locations. She always called or texted me back when I contacted her, and very patiently answered all of my questions. Her Pocket Travel App had our itinerary and all of our documents in one place, and that was super helpful. We went to Barcelona, France and Italy and everything was take care of by the amazing Sylvia! All the information of the bookings was in our pocket traveler app and it was super easy to use. We didn't have one single issue checking in to our hotels and that was super important for us considering that we were traveling with a toddler.

We took a 12 day cruise to Japan. Normally I take care of my own vacations but this time we used Korvo Travel Agency and we were VERY happy. Sylvia went the extra mile with us finding great tours that enhanced our experience. A trip to remember with our granddaughter

Sylvia planned everything for our special trip meticulously. We plan a trip with our grandchildren when they turn 8 years old. It is a family tradition, and Sylvia understood hoow important it was to make this trip special. She was very good at including activities that would become core memories for our little Rae. Her personalized attention is what sets her apart from any other planner we have worked with. Next year we will travel with another granddaughter and Sylvia will be planning our trip for sure!

Sylvia is absolutely the best. She put together two separate trips for us with our grandchildren, arranging every single detail from flights to hotels, tours, and activities. And her work didn't stop once we had booked. She stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was in order. On one trip she took my call in the middle of the night to arrange new flights and an extra hotel stay when we were delayed by weather. She also negotiated refunds from our resort and airline.
