Ocean Cruise Expert

Brenda provides prompt, timely and thorough responses at any time of the day! She's so gracious and understanding, yet excited to help us plan the perfect cruise vacation. Love having my own little private travel agent to meet my cruising needs. ;) Such personalized and professional service - sooo thankful!

We went on the Celebrity Apex on a 9 Night Cruise to Spain, Portugal and France but before the cruise we visited London on a Eurostar train from Paris (where we flew into direct from Orlando) then we took another train to Southampton to embark on our cruise, and then Brenda was able to get us authorization from the cruise line to allow us to disembark at LeHavre port where we went to Paris and stayed there for 5 days, including one day trip to Normandy Beach, and then flew out of Paris direct to Orlando.

Booking our vacation on the Disney Wish through Brenda was the absolute best decision we could have made. Planning a trip comes with so many specific details, but her specialized expertise made the entire process seamless from start to finish. From the start, she knew exactly how to navigate the ship's unique layout, helping us choose the perfect stateroom location. When our critical booking windows opened, she sent reminders to be up early to secure everything on our wish list. Her communication was exceptional. Every detail regarding the Disney Cruise Line navigator app, online check-in procedures, and boarding logistics was delivered clearly and right on time. Her attention to detail gave our family complete peace of mind, allowing us to just step into the Grand Hall and enjoy the magic. If you are planning a cruise, do yourself a massive favor and book with Brenda.

We’ve booked many cruises with Brenda. Two just this past year. My sister did as well (we had one in common.) She is very professional, gives great advise, and helped when we got ourselves into a jam. She is always accessible or quick to return calls , texts and emails.

Brenda was fantastic, providing lots of options and suggestions from the early stages of planning to the final check in. Her reminders of when things came available to book or due were super helpful and allowed us the peace of mind with advanced reservations to onboard activities. Thank you for everything and we will be in touch about the next cruise soon! :)
