Even though we are Disneyland Pros now (thanks to the MANY trips we've booked through Brenda), we continue to book with Brenda. She adds a layer of help and care that is indispensable when managing the logistics of a Disney trip - even for the most basic trip or experienced Disney-goer. From double checking on hotel details, to weird tech issues, to another hand or pair of eyes while booking or checking for those hard to get dining and event reservations, I've learned it's ALWAYS good to have an official travel agent on your side and in your corner.

Brenda was absolutely brilliant during every stage of the planning/preparation for our cruise. Even though we live in Ireland and Brenda is in the US, she was able to tell me exactly when I should be checking in, booking activities, etc. She also provided extremely prompt replies to any of my questions. Brenda was awesome! We had a group of 16 on our cruise and most of the group were first time cruisers or had cruised a long time in the past. Brenda helped up select the perfect cruise for our group We asked her tons of questions and she always responded promptly with the information we needed. The best way to visit Universal Studios

I asked Brenda to arrange a two night stay at Universal Studios with ticket access to the parks. She suggested a package that included early park admission and express passes to all of the rides except one! That turned out to be the perfect package which included two days at the Portofino Bay Hotel. Access to the parks was minutes away by water shuttle which was unbelievably convenient with frequent runs. The time we saved enabled us to visit both parks and go on every ride we wanted to several times! She also suggested how we should visit the parks to maximize our time. She was spot on!
