Sally is very reliable and flexible. Even working with our large extended family, she is patient and helpful when making changes.

Sally did a GREAT job helping us plan our Disney World Trip! We had such a great time! She got us a great spot in Jamaica at the Caribbean Resort! It was right in the middle of all the places we needed….skyliner, food, bus stop. Sally did a great job answering all of our questions and guided us well. It was my first time at Disney World and I felt prepared when I got there because of Sally. She was so helpful!

Sally was our hero! We had an unexpected medical emergency hours before we were supposed to get on a plane for Disney. She took care of everything so we could focus on our sick kiddo and we were able to move our trip to a later date. This is hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. Our son who got sick was so sad that he was missing his chance to meet Mickey and it was such a nice thing to be able to tell him we were still going to go in a couple of months. It was all thanks to Sally that we could tell him that. We are so looking forward to our Disney adventure with our happy healthy family.

Sally is amazing - she truly went above and beyond to help us plan the perfect trip to Disney World. From beginning until the end, she answered all of our (many!) questions, advised us on the pros and cons of different Disney resorts, recommended dining options, arranged transportation, and checked in periodically to ensure that all of our questions were answered. In the beginning stages of planning, Sally was especially helpful because she priced out options at different resorts for different amounts of days, in an easy-to-ready format so we could see which option would work best for us. We chose to stay at the Grand Floridian per her recommendation and it was fantastic...our daughters loved the pools and splash pad, and the proximity to Magic Kingdom was a huge bonus. Sally walked us through how Park Hopping worked, and advised us on other changes to expect due to Covid. She encouraged us to add the PhotoPass option to our reservation and we are so glad we did.
