Jackie is a consummate professional paying attention to all details of the trip. From airlines (with attention to departure and arrival times including seat assignments), to hotels (quality and location) to car rentals (to accommodate luggage), to excursions (based on interests), she does it all with ease and accuracy. Amazing Scotland and Ireland Trip

Jackie did a great job helping us plan our trip. She met with us in person and gave us books to look over to plan out the best option for us. She was fantastic about keeping in touch with me. If I needed something or had a question, she was prompt in getting back to me. We ended up on a CIE Tour and we would highly recommend it. It was an amazing trip! Thank you Jackie! We have worked with Jackie on 4 great Vacations—an Alaskan cruise, a Caribbean crude, a family vacation, and a girls trip. Jackie was great to work with from the start ..listening to our wants and needs, offering an array of options within our budget and making reservations. I use an electric wheelchair and Jackie was especially attentive to my special needs. She contacted sites and vendors directly to make sure I could be accommodated. Jackie is a pleasure to work with.
