She planned both my destination wedding in Mexico for 70 guests and a two-week honeymoon to South Africa involving safaris at two different lodges plus a trip to Cape Town; both were beyond our wildest dreams. She listened to our wishes and applied her creative, insider recommendations to develop trips that we'd never have imagined. We love traveling and even planning our own trips, but we would've been absolutely lost trying to perfect accommodations, transportation, and experiences on these intricate international trips. Jackie is a consummate professional paying attention to all details of the trip. From airlines (with attention to departure and arrival times including seat assignments), to hotels (quality and location) to car rentals (to accommodate luggage), to excursions (based on interests), she does it all with ease and accuracy. Jackie is amazing at listening to what my vacation goals are and has gone above and beyond with meeting my expectations. From the flights, car rentals and hotel stay she has everything covered. This trip was extremely smooth and easy. The location of our hotel was perfectly located to activities, restaurants, shopping and beach days. The hotel was amazing with services and hospitality. Even while on the trip if I ever need anything I know she is readily available to assist. This is my second trip I have booked with Jackie and it will not be the last, she truly is amazing!

We started with Jackie in 2023/24 with a trip to Alaska. Jackie helped us decide which cruise we wanted by outlining all the choices. We got through the first flight to Washington DC and no one knew which gate Alaskan Air flew out of. After a search we got to the correct place on time. It was at that point that I opened the "Travel Planner App" that Jackie sent us. Right there in black and white was the gate number. If I had really looked through the app before hand. Jackie had outlined everything we needed to know, and it was perfect. Since that 1st trip we have traveled every year. I refer my friends to Jackie because she has made these excursions so much fun. Jackie has been available to answer all our questions, and make suggestions when needed. Our Travel has included Alaska, a river cruise from Switzerland to Amsterdam, and a cruise from Lisbon, Portugal to South Hampton, England. We have already booked our next cruise.

Jackie did a great job organizing our Ama river cruise and answering all our questions. When we returned from the trip we were in a rush to book our next one and she made it happen in less than 24 hours. The adventure continues. Thanks Jackie !
