A great family trip!

We were referred to Lynn by a family member in the Travel business. She did a fantastic job of orchestrating an all inclusive vacation for 11 family members! The youngest one was three years old and the oldest one was 69 years old. The entire trip exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier. I would highly recommend Lynn for your vacation needs.

Our Virgin - Virgin Voyage

I contacted Lynn after being unable to navigae the Virgin Cruise Line reservation system. It would not let me reserve more than one cabin and we need two cabins, one for two guests and one for possibly three guests and we also wanted our cabins in the same proximity as eachother. Lynn was able to reserve our requested cabins within minuites of our first conversation. We have cruised on other cruise lines before, however, they are all different, Lynn went over what to expect, how to use the app and followed up with us to be sure we that we were completing our sailing tasks when needed ( booking dinner reservations, excersions) and that we had all of the necessary proof of citizenship required for our cruise. We were arriving to San Juan a few days early and Lynnn made some hotel recomendations for us as well. I highy recommend Lynn's services, she was great from begining to end and we will definitely be using Lynn's services again for our travel plans.

1st time on a cruise

I booked my first cruise in 25 years with Lynn in the summer of 2024. It was an unforgettable, amazing vacation! She made it easy from start to finish and was incredibly helpful with booking accomodations prior to embarkation,. transfers to and from the ship,.specialty dining reservations, and excursions.There were a few bumps on the journey home with the airlines that were out of Lynn's control, but she did her best to help each and every member of my group. That's what I'm looking for in a travel agent-someone who will go above and beyond for their client. I would highly recommend Lynn!

Wanted to give you an update on our Grand Fiesta vacation. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate all your guidance and planning. We were extremely pleased with the Grand, Fiesta, The food was very good to excellent. The accommodations were first class, thoroughly enjoyed the Infinite club. We also enjoyed the suites. Her son and daughter-in-law ordered eggs Benedict for room service every morning!!
My only concern is that we have set the bar very high for future family trips!
