Laura was Magnificent! She was so easy to work with and took the time to understand what we wanted and needed. Her Disney knowledge and expertise were instrumental with making our dream trip come true. She was flexible and adjusted to the dozens of changes we needed due to Covid and the changing desires of four children. My kids had the greatest time and almost as important my wife and I enjoyed every minute because Laura covered every detail and gave us the best options. We are already looking for our next trip. Hawaiian Adventure

I was planning a complicated trip to Hawaii. There would be people flying in from different places and staying on Maui and the Big Island. I was over my head and gave up. I searched for a local travel advisor. Laura Palaima's name popped up and I called. She explained what she could do for us and went to work.
We met in person which made planning easier. She presented us with a proposal, explained it, and set things in motion.
The app she provided was intuitive and extremely helpful during our travels. The flights, car rentals, and lodging instructions were clear and simple.
We had a whale of a time at the resorts she recommended.
There was not a single glitch during our adventures. I highly recommend Laura to anyone who is fretting about their next travel excursion.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Laura. Laura is EXCELLENT at what she does. From the beginning, we knew we were in great hands. She gave us many options (cruises) to choose from that fit our needs and took the time to seek and give feedback on all of them. Everything was well-organized and packaged so nicely with all details so we didn't have to even wonder. Once we settled on what we were going to do, she had everything done immediately with exactly what we wanted. From the initial planning of the trip until the trip took place, our daughter had an accident that could have potentially prevented the trip from going forward. She arranged for an amazing cabin, all of the transportation to and from the ship, and promptly answered the many questions I asked with patience and great information. I can not recommend Laura enough! She planned every step of our trip and made our vacation stress free. Everything from tickets, dinning reservations, and transportation questions... she handled with ease and speed. Laura also walked me through using the My Disney Experience App. One of the best parts of our trip was riding the new Rise of the Resistance ride, which we could not have done without Laura’s help! We will be using her for our all travel plans in the future!

Created a perfect family vacation for us

I was desperate to figure a last minute family trip. The 2 options were Disney or Cabos. A friend recommended Laura so I reached out. She took a day and quickly realized that Disney was going to be way to complicated and limited since I needed 3 rooms and we’re traveling with 3 young adult kids so meals and drinks can be a major factor. She found us an amazing suite at the Garza Blanca all-inclusive resort and then also took care of our flights and airport transportation. The resort was truly amazing. Nothing better than having your kids repeatedly thank you for the experience. Laura was also great at following up with us leading up to the trip. We will definitely be using her services again.
