Switzerland, one of my favorite places!

Ever since I can remember, I've had a deep love for travel in all its forms. I was the kid who took every brochure in the rack and poured over them, or studied maps for hours wondering what it would be like to visit all of those strange-sounding places.

Now that I'm older and have seen a good bit of this amazing planet, my passion for travel is stronger than ever. As a travel agent, I am constantly seeing and learning about exciting new destinations. As far as I'm concerned, it's the best job in the world!

I enjoy learning more about my clients -- where they've been, where they want to go, and what they most want to experience. Whether it's creating a unique itinerary from scratch or finding just the right vacation package or cruise, my ultimate goal is to provide the best possible value for my clients based on their interests, expectations and budget. No trip is too big or too small.

Sometimes, no matter how meticulously a trip is planned, the unexpected happens -- an airline cancels a flight at the last minute, or your luggage winds up in Phoenix instead of Fiji. Thankfully those occasions are rare but when things go wrong I act as your "man on the ground" to help resolve the issue so you can get on with your vacation instead of spending it on hold with customer service.

Despite providing top-notch service before, during, and after a trip, I do not charge any extra fees. My clients book with me over and over again because they know that I always do my absolute best to provide them with a safe and relaxing vacation they will fondly remember forever.
