Alaska was awesome!

We spoke with Cindi about cruisiing to Alaska and also potential land tours. She gave us 3 different options for cruises. We went with Viking. We then looked at land tour options and we decided to use Viking's extension land tour although Cindi could have designed one for us she thought Viking was more cost effective. Cindi help us prepare for the trip and handled eveything with Viking including getting us a hotel in Vancouver a couple of days before the cruise. Very professional and easy to work with.

Cindi is amazing! She absolutely understood what we were looking for and found us the most amazing resort for our big birthday bash. She knew we wanted small and relaxing, but with a little extra comfort. She absolutely delivered! We had the most incredible three bedroom three bath suite with its own rooftop deck complete with our own pool! We absolutely loved it and spent so much time there. The food was incredible, and we definitely tried many fabulous drinks and dishes. Thank you Cindi! It could not have been better! Cindi spends so much time making sure you have a detailed itinerary and an app that we can access during the trip. She checked in when we got there to make sure everything was up to par. I highly recommend working with her. You won’t be sorry!

Girls trip beach getaway

I have never used a travel agent before and I didn’t realize what I was missing! My girlfriend and I told cindi what we were looking for in a trip and she gave us trip options and we landed on a virgin voyages cruise. I never thought I’d be a “cruiser” but she had been on this same cruise before so she reassured me it was everything we were looking for. Good food/wine (I’m a sommelier and I was so impressed with the wine lists), beach time and fun. She planned literally everything and it was so easy. I’m still dreaming about the restaurants on the boat and I’ve never laughed harder. It was literally a perfect trip for us!

My husband and I have gone on two group tours planned by Cindi, and she is an absolute pleasure to work with all around. She finds the best places to go, see, eat and drink at, and if you end up on a tour with her she’s wonderful to travel with. Cindi clearly does a TON of research for these trips and it really shows. A Multigenerational Trip Making Lasting Memories

I was alerted to Taylored Tours by a friend who was a satisfied customer. I emailed Cindi giving her details about our 5 person group and a rough idea of the itinerary we wanted to take. She immediately emailed me to set up a conference call with myself and my daughter. We discussed the itinerary over a half hour call and she suggested additional places that would appeal to the teenage boys in our group. Within 24 hours she sent a Recap of our conversation including a fairly detailed itinerary and we were hooked. From there Cindi and her Irish travel associate worked on the details, sending us constant updates and we approved the trip they had put together a week later. There was time to visit relatives as well as take in historical and more recent events. My friend Kristin and I have wanted to go to Greece for over a decade. As we had other friends express interest, I reached out to Cindi to help us find a tour we could do. Cindi did not disappoint. She took our requests and helped us find the perfect tour: several days in three different areas, some scheduled tours but a lot of free time, optional tours if desired, beautiful accommodations, and all transfers and transport included during the tour. I felt that Cindi prepared us very well, especially offering a zoom call prior to the trip to answer any questions we had. Cindi was very knowledgeable about the river cruise and was great at recommending places to stay, eat and visit. I was very impressed with how seamless everything was. The tours were top notch and I don’t think anything could have been improved upon. This was a dream vacation for us, and the professionalism that Amawaterways showed throughout the trip was incredible. They added so many extras - bands playing at night, Santa coming, and the lady with the silk scarves made everyday special on the boat. We felt calm and supported despite missing a flight, she was with us and helped quickly. She took all the work out of planning and travel. We just showed up and had the time of our lives. It was our best vacation celebrating our 25th anniversary. I learned to give up control and allow her to take care of every detail. She was supportive, and found a wonderful option for us last minute to stay one more day. Next time we will use Cindi for our travels plans even is its a simple trip. Using Taylored Tours was a game-changer!

In November, I impulsively purchased two tickets to Rome for a week in mid-December. The airfare was great, I had flight credits, and Rome would not be hot or crowded. Now I faced the dread of planning our activities. There was so much see and we wanted downtime too. I spent a few hours on Trip Advisor – ugh… Cindi had been referred to me by two friends. I had nothing to lose by contacting her. Exactly the Trip We Wanted

Every detail was planned and executed perfectly! Could not have been smoother. The itinerary included a lot of traveling and going to different places.
