Working with Biz is a joy. Even when COVID-19 threatened to postpone our vacation indefinitely, Biz was there to work through it and guide us. We were able to time our vacation to meet our needs and had an amazing time on the sandy white beaches of Sanibel Island, FL. I went to high school with Biz so I've known her a while, but after graduation we mostly lost touch. I was surprised when I messaged her out of the blue (19 years later) and she responded immediately with "I'm happy to help" and help she did. First trip to Disney!

Working with Biz to plan our first trip to Disney was magical! Biz took down all of our hopes & dreams for this trip and did everything she could to make it happen. Biz was available anytime I text her for panics or extreme excitement! I don't see a future trip to Disney or Universal Studios withOUT Biz!
