Excellent customer service. Booked a 21 day cruise she was able to get us and excellent price and perks. We cruise a lot and she was able to find us extra bonuses with cruise programs offered. Club Orange through HAL got us a great cabin upgrade as she continued to research the perks of this program and get us the best available.
