River Cruise Specialist

We are thankful that our son introduced us to Jeanne Hamilton of Hamilton Premier Travel. We had booked a 26-day cruise to Iceland, Norway, and the British Isles a year in advance through another travel agent but were unable to book excursion tours for several ports that included all of the points of interest we wanted to see. Jeanne had arranged several private tours for our son and his family for a Mediterranean cruise, so at his suggestion we gave Jeanne a last minute call to see if she could help us out, even though we had some reservations about booking tours not purchased through the cruise line. We contacted Jeanne and shared our wants and concerns. She was familiar with the ports and points of interest we were interested in and assured us that she could find us reliable, knowledgable tour guides that would pick us up and return us to the port on time. She did just that. Our tour guides communicated with us prior to the tour to make sure that we knew at what time and where to meet. They were very personable and knowledgable, and made certain that we got to see the things we had requested to see. They also suggested some additional things to see and do to make use of any extra time on our schedule. We were also impressed that they provided comfortable, late model vehicles. We have been so impressed with Jeanne ’s knowledge, responsiveness and attention to detail that we’ve booked a tour of the Canadian Rockies and Glacier National Park through Jeanne for next year and look forward to working with her in planning other future adventures.
