Viking took good care of us on our trip. Arriving home, we did not have the Limo service arrive. They were scheduled to arrive later in the afternoon! We called the phone # and they told us to take a Metro Car ride home and they would pay them the same money that they would have with their company. It was an inconvenience, but we at least had the contact info with us to arrange a substitute driver.

We had a delightful time traveling mostly the south-west portion of Ireland with close friends. Susan was very helpful arranging our flights, (returning non-stop from Dublin to Detroit!!!!!), securing our insurance, and booking a lovely hotel in Dublin. We loved the Morrison Hotel for its convenient location, excellent service and very comfortable accomodations. The day before our departing flight to Ireland, there was a strike in Amsterdam, our connecting city, which caused a bit of panic. We were assisted by Susan's associate, as Susan was off that day, but Susan made sure to connect with us to be certain everything was in order, even though it was her day off. We appreciated her commitment to our needs.

Susan was great to work with planning our trip to Ireland. From our initial meeting discussing flights, accommodations, and transportation options to the day before leaving flight cancellations, she was there to help us navigate issues and resolve the problems. Thanks Susan!

Enjoyed Yosemite, Sequoia National Park and more on yet another Globus tour. Susan turned us on to Globus, and we've done 5 trips (3 int'l) plus 2 with Avalon Cruises, their sister company. Globus tour directors take care of every detail, so all we do is have fun.

We are experienced international travelers, but have never used a travel agent. Our Viking Ocean Cruise from Norway through the British Isles was absolutely extraordinary. Susan’s expertise took all of the unknowns away. This was our first cruise ever, and certainly won’t be our last. Everything was prefect! The hotel was exceptional, but the food could have been better. It was extremely windy, but beautiful!

I really enjoyed my 60th birthday at the Royalton St. Lucia. They brought me a bottle of champagne, balloons, card and sweet treat. I would highly recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful time with out our kids and grandkids at an all inclusive resort (Xcaret) in Playa del Carmen Mexico. Susan was great to work with and the trip was worry free. All of the arrangements were exactly as promised and expected. Grateful for the experience! Looking forward to our next adventure.

We had Susan organize our travel to Paradise Island. We stayed at The Riu, an all adult, all inclusive resort. We were greeted with glasses of champagne! This was the most fun we have had at a resort! The food was delicious and had many options as well as some options that were available 24hrs a day! The buffet had so many great choices! Not like some of the all inclusive resorts we have been. Different choices daily and always fresh fruit, vegetables and a fabulous salad bar. A lot of fresh seafood also. We had dinner at The Bahama (reservations required) we shared a steak and Lobster dinner along with mini crab cakes! So delicious. Our hotel room Had a wonderful view of the beach. We also had a nice size patio that we enjoyed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of our favorite activities was the pool (infinity)with the swim up bar. Susan was very patient and understanding with us. She spent time with us on several visits to help us find and decide on a location and resort to spend our vacation. She did not try to sell us anything we weren't interested in but gave us options and pros and cons then let us decide. She kept us informed of schedule changes, was quick to answer any email/phone calls, put together all the paperwork, and informed us of what to expect at the Punta Cana airport. Thank you Susan. Among the many things I like about Susan, is how knowledgeable she is about interesting options for travel. I also appreciate how hard she works to ensure that we have the best trip possible -- particularly when we involve our entire family with diverse interests.
