Helen guided us in booking our very first family trip to Disney! She took the time to understand our hopes, desires and budget and was very patient from the beginning (providing us many quotes for different options) all the way to the end. She also went above an beyond, booking all of our reservations for the park restaurants and special activities. She did this at midnight on the first day we were eligible to make reservation in order to ensure that all of our top picks were available. She did an amazing job planning our trip and hit a home run in every way! We would highly recommend Helen if you were looking to book a trip in the future. We know we will be! :)

A Trip to Ireland Dream Come True

My partner and I recently went to Ireland. We had a very specific itinerary of the places we wanted to visit and the budget we wanted to spend. Helen was amazing. She was able to give us several different options- bus tours vs driving ourselves, different experiences we may want to have that we had not thought of and the flexibility to get the trip just right. Helen ensured we had the most amazing trip. The hotels, including a castle, were top notch. She ensured that everything was just right for us. Iceland - Our Bucket List Trip!

In July 2025 we journeyed to Iceland (this was both a bucket list and a birthday trip!). Helen made the planning of this so easy and fun! She excels at asking the right questions to tailor trips to your needs/interests. Her responses are always extremely timely, and she shares a ton of additional information which is helpful both in preparation and while traveling. Because of Helen's work, our trip was anxiety-free and a truly lovely experience! We had worked with her previously on domestic trips to Disney, etc. and will continue to work with her moving forward!

A Color You Cannot Describe!

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos. The Beaches resort was expansive and had something for everyone in your family. Turks and Caicos has the most beautiful water that cannot be captured in photos.

Helen is a true professional! We have now worked with Helen on two excellent trips to Disney World. For each trip, Helen worked with our budget, schedule and needs to put together a number of options for us to choose from. This was so important to us! Having a knowledgeable partner to navigate the complex planning process of a Disney vacation is absolutely key. Once our park tickets and hotel was book, Helen was great about sending us reminders and suggestions for dining 60 days from our arrival. The support didn't end there! She was only a call or email away to ask questions about transportation from the airport to the hotel, Genie + purchase and a helpful package of extras just before our trip (ponchos!) Helen has been dear friend for years. She kindly offered to help us plan a very special trip for our son, who has beaten cancer three times and had never traveled. We hadn’t flown I. Over thirty years and had no idea how to plan a trip. Helen went above and beyond in every aspect of our trip! From organizing the rooms, flights and all the details, Helen explained and helped make this trip an experience of a lifetime! She even gave us special travel gifts to make our visit special! No Detail Left Out!

Helen has planned several trips for us that required an extra eye for detail as they were to celebrate special occasions with our extended family. There was absolutely no detail that was overlooked from transportation, dining, lodging, special events, request for specific tour guides and opportunities for behind the scenes or little-known activities that just added to our experience and memories. New Experiences at Disney's Wilderness Lodge

An amazing first time STESS FREE cruise

Helen makes "magic" happen. Our son and daughter in law had asked us to take a cruise with them after our daughter in law's college graduation. There was a mix up on my part because I thought it was happening in two years. I was surprised when they asked us in March to make the arrangements. I have never gone on a cruise and my husband was leaving all of the arrangements for me. STRESS! Where was I to begin? I looked at the site and was overwhelmed by the information. I knew Helen was a travel agent and I was hoping she could help me. No, it was even better she was a miracle worker! I gave her a call, she said no worries and it was exactly as she said - NO WORRIES. We talked about what we were looking for as far as rooms, meals, buying drink packages before the cruise for save money, etc; she left no stone unturned for us.
