We we're booking last minute and unsure of where to go. Have only ever gone to Mexico so unsure about a different destination. Was made aware from Cassandra and other people that the food and drinks are sometimes a challenge but the resort was amazingly clean and have never spent so much time in the ocean. Thank you so much for booking our trip! We loved it! Everything was very organized and we didn't have any problems! We really loved the island of Grenada! The beaches were beautiful and the weather was hot!! The people of Grenada are very welcoming and proud of their island. The Grenadian by Rex Resort was a nice resort. It had everything we needed. Everything on the resort was kept very clean including our room. There wasn't a lot of variety in the foods or the places to eat on the resort. Entertainment was also very basic. This resort was perfect for our honeymoon as it was quiet, meaning no lines and lots of spots to choose from on the beach or at the pool.
We loved the island tour we went on as gave us an understanding of their way of life! A nutmeg facility, a chocolate factory, and a rum distillery were all places we enjoyed going to on the tour! We also went to the Saturday Market and bought local spices, as that is what the island is known for. All and all, an amazing trip!
