The agents go above and beyond to ensure your vacation planning is as smooth and straightforward as possible. Nikki, in particular, is one of the nicest, selfless, and down-to-earth people I have ever met. While on her OWN vacation, she got up before sunrise to ensure OUR family’s resort reservation change was taken care of first thing! She is handling ALL of our Disney World dining reservations for our upcoming trip in the spring. These are just two of endless examples. Bottom line – this company puts their clients FIRST and treats clients like family. They are never pushy, always respectful, and extremely knowledgeable of their recommended travel destinations, especially Disney World. Again, I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Our experience working with Nikki at Favorite Grampy Travels was absolutely perfect. We have been talking about a trip to Disney World for a few years, and I was struggling to make it happen. I found myself so overwhelmed with information and tips but not really sure where to start. I had seen Favorite Grampy Travels recommended on several pages. I picked up the phone and got Nikki. When I hung up the phone, I knew 2 options for a resort, about how much our trip would cost, how options for transportation, etc. We were able to book and pay once we made our choices the next day. She even kept an eye and swapped us to the Nemo suite when it became available because my kids love that movie. She never ignored any of my million questions and mentions my kids by name. I felt like our family was priority to her the entire process. We also called from the park for help on minor things and she answered the phone every single time. I'm not sure she sleeps. We had the vacation of a lifetime thanks to her. Planning a trip to Disney is HARD unless you are an insider expert. If you just go and wing it, you will end up eating fast food for every meal, standing in line A LOT and you will likely miss out on unique experiences like building your own light saber or seeing fireworks from your hotel room in your pajamas or attending the MK Halloween party ON HALLOWEEN...if those are things you want to do!!! ?? Nikki takes all of those details out of your hands. She knows exactly when you are eligible to reserve the things you want (which all vary greatly) and she creates a magical experience for you. That Halloween party was sold out by JULY....but we got go thanks to Nikki and Favorite Grampy Travels being so on the ball. Thank you Nikki, thank you Favorite Grampy Travels and thank you Disney. You all hit this trip out of the park and greatly exceeded our every expectation.
