Cruise and All Inclusive Specialist

Pippa is a very qualified Cruise Agent. She is a kind, friendly and conscientious travel agent. We were looking for a Norway cruise to see glaciers and couldn't find anything after looking up all of the cruise lines. We wanted a smaller cruise ship with excellent food and service. She got my email and replied that she found one that seemed to fit our needs. After looking it over we connected with Pippa, she got us booked on the most amazing cruise and also the exact places we wanted to see, especially the glaciers. She helped us through the booking, let us know everything we needed to complete on our end to get onboard with no difficulties. She even called after our return to see how we enjoyed our cruise. We will definitely connect with Pippa for our next cruise because it was an enjoyable process from start to end. She also knew we wanted to do our own hotel booking and excursions. She gave us helpful tips and advice on doing it ourselves with information that helped us in the right direction. She knows good transfer companies to get from the ship to the hotel. I'd definitely contact Pippa if your looking for a cruise vacation.

We were planning a once in a lifetime cruise from Cape Town along the west coast of Africa, the Canary Islands, Madeira, Spain to Southampton. It was a complex itinerary that required Visas and vaccinations. We reached out to Pippa for help with our booking. She responded quickly, constantly kept us informed, and answered all of our ongoing inquiries - and there were many. At one point there was an itinerary change that we initially thought required an additional Visa. She reached out to the cruise line, and provided us with answers and reassurances. Pippa made payment easy for us by allowing us to pay in 2 instalments, which was necessary due to credit card limits. And when we decided to upgrade our cabin when the one we initially wanted became available, she made several calls to the cruise line on our behalf to ensure the upgrade happened. Whenever the cruise line sent out new information, Pippa quickly forwarded it along to us. She took away all of our anxieties and made the entire vacation planning process seamless. And she continued to reach out to us with many thoughtful gestures and emails throughout the cruise, and upon our return. I would absolutely recommend Pippa if you are planning a trip. She is brilliant.

We'd highly recommend Pippa for any travel experience. When we began our search for a cruise we had no experience, a million ideas, and only hunches to go on. She listened. She gave feedback. And she supported us through every step of the experience. We will definitely be return customers!

Pippa was wonderful organising our recent cruise - Beach Fun & Sun: A Remote Caribbean Getaway - on the Wind Surf yacht. She was extremely organised and coordinated everything from helping us choose our cabin, making deposits and final payments and suggesting and booking shore excursions for us. She also helped complete the required paperwork for the cruise ship and St. Maarten immigration. Pippa had taken this cruise herself earlier so was able to make personal recommendations and let us know what the highlights of the cruise were. Pippa was also able to book flights and pre and post cruise accommodation if I'd wanted. A great service and I would highly recommend Pippa's travel expertise.

Pippa was excellent. She was knowledgeable, kind and clear about what was included and or not before we left so there were no surprises. Pippa also made sure to answer all of our questions right away. Loved working with her.
