Lisa was contacted by my daughter in law and she worked with both our families (Ontario and Quebec) to organize our trip. She also booked our sit down restaurant requests and special rides. She advised and booked a scooter for me to use around Disney and advised us where to order groceries for our room. Lisa made our trip so easy to plan and a flawless check in experience.

Lisa helped us book an amazing trip to Punta Cana in a relatively short time window. She is an excellent communicator and her response time to emails was fantastic. In choosing a location - resort she offered many choices and framed each choice with honest pros and cons which we truly appreciated. During the booking process she was willing to walk us through the booking late on a Sunday night which was above and beyond what many agents might do. Prior to our departure she dropped off a bag full of goodies to be used on our vacation and ensured that we had everything in order prior to departure. Our whole trip was organized by her on an app which was updated by her with any changes regarding our booking. Overall, she was a pleasure to work with and we have already recommended her to friends who are also extremely happy with her service.

From the minute I contacted Lisa about our Disney trip I knew we were in the best hands! Her incredible knowledge of the parks and resorts was invaluable. My family stay at Animal Kindom Lodge Hotel. For 7day trip. We had park passes for each park. I had a wonderful experience working with and planning my family Disney Trip. Lisa was so helpfull with her knowledge and experience planning every detail our Disney itinerary just the we had visioned it. We booked a family vacation of a lifetime with Lisa. We booked a 2 day stay at Disney Pop Century Resort, a day at Universal Orlando, and a 7 day Disney cruise all with Lisa's assistance. Lisa organized a Disney trip for myself, hubby, 4 kids as well as 2 grandparents. Lisa was extremely helpful with connecting both our Disney apps, organizing the same hotel with different suites, which parks we'd want to do, park hopper, water days, it seemed so stress free with having Lisa plan our trip! While it's still a year away, Lisa has answered all my emails within the same hour, answered my phone calls while she's been on a vacation herself, and left me feeling extremely supported and reassured my question, while I know are stupid, are valid! I'd recommend Lisa to anyone looking to have an agent book their trip!

Lisa was fabulous to work with. We have her a big lists of needs for our young family. She helped us find there perfect resort at Disney World. It even exceeded our expectations with location to transport, the pool and amenities! We even had two bathrooms. We loves the little tips she had to make the week smoother. She was even able to find us information of accessibility for our children with needs.

Best experience ever! Lisa was very detailed when planning the trip, provided a lot of education, assistance and was always available to answer questions. She took the time out of her busy family schedule to teach me the Disney App, discuss how to plan our way through the parks, best days to go and not go, other experiences to do while at the parks etc. She set everything up- we literally showed up, no stress no mess and just had the time of our lives. We did all 4 Disney parks (Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. We even experienced the Mickey's Magical Christmas Party- INCREDIBLE! We stayed at the Pop Century Resort. It was beautifully laid out- great food, great service. Rooms were small but we were barely in the room. Disney is about the experiences. The Staff- also known as Cast members were so friendly, eager to help. Afterwards we moved to the Hard Rock Hotel and experienced the Universal Club Level. We were close to both Universal Parks.

Where to begin... Lisa was absolutely amazing to work with. She definitely went above and beyond for our family. It's amazing to work with someone who truly loves her job, and genuinely wants you to have the most memorable trip. Lisa is very knowledgeable, personable, and approachable. She made herself available to chat or text whenever we had questions or concerns and set us up for the best family vacation we could have. Our job was to go and have a wonderful time! Lisa was the best to work with! She went above and beyond for my family while planning our Disney vacation by helping out with travel questions beyond Disney World. There were many personal touches such as setting us up with a local driver for transportation to and from the airport, personal itineraries hitting the highlights of each park, live updates on flight delays or gate changes, to name a few. Lisa took the stress out of the whole experience. Personal phone calls were also made to help with any questions I had. I will definitely contact Lisa again when going to Disney!
