Great trip Terry was able to help, actually did for me my arrangements for flights and associated items including hotel reservations, as I prefer to drive every where I can. She also did a lot of extra because originally planned prior to covid-19 pandemic, had to cancel those plans and reschedule different plans for the same trip when travel permitted again. Original trip flights to Sitka, Alaska, boat tour 2 weeks to Ketchikan, and flight back. Included hotel in both Sitka and Ketchikan. Rescheduled trip, no hotels, different flights. Sitka eliminated and flight to Juneau. boat tour Juneau to glacier Bay back to Juneau then to Ketchikan.

We had never used a travel agent before so did not know what to expect. Terry was patient with our many questions and offered recommendations from her own travel experiences. Due to COVID-19 our cruise was canceled in 2020. Due to our timeframe we opted to get a full refund from the cruise line, Terry was extremely helpful as our liaison and getting our refund in a timely manner. We look forward to working with Terry again for our future dream travel plans

Working with Terry to plan our trip to Scotland and Ireland was fantastic. I knew we wanted to go to Scotland, but I didn't know where exactly, or how to best arrange hotels, experiences, etc. I contacted Terry for help and after asking a few questions about what we were looking for, she sent over several package tours for us to pick from. It was hard to choose, but we ended up doing a 15 day tour of both Scotland and Ireland, and it was the most amazing time! Terry handled all the details for the tour, flights, and insurance, and answered all our questions before, during, and after the trip. We had an issue with our outbound flight getting delayed and Terry answered my questions on how to meet up with our tour if we missed the transfer upon arrival even though she was on her way to dinner to celebrate her anniversary. Fantastic service, we will definitely reach out to her again when we are ready to plan our next adventure.

Terry was a great help in planning and booking our trip to Tanzania and trek to the summit of Kilmanjaro.

With Terry's help, we were able to book an excellent guide and outfitter for the Kilmanjaro trek. Terry also helped juggle and book relatively complicated air travel--both inter-continental and within the African Continent.

I asked Terry to book an Amtrak train trip to Niagara Falls and New York City as a surprise for my husband's retirement gift. We just got back and everything was perfect. She really listened when I told her my vague idea of what I wanted to do and turned it into a reality. Terry thought of so many details that made the trip worry free for me and a great memory for the two of us. It would have been a mistake for me to try to book this by myself. I never would have gotten the timing of catching three different trains right.
