I am Dr. Ulaunda Ballard. I am a wife, aunt, daughter, sister, and mother of 2 young children. I am also a researcher with a particular interest in educational policy, globalization, Internationalism, world history.  My academic interests lead me to travel abroad to learn about other cultures and methods of government.
