I have had the pleasure of working with Jeanie for a at least ten years or so planning different trips/vacations. Jeanie is so attentive to listening to the client and then putting together a trip so it will be the best for her client. She is excellent at making sure all the details, documents, etc. are complete so that all areas are covered and that the vacation/trip will go smoothly. She is so upbeat and friendly and makes her client feels at ease in planning any big trip which is a great asset to all.

She was informational and attentive to calls set our trip up from beginning to end.

I came to know Jeanie through our former travel Agent. When my Agent wasn't available/on vacation herself, she put us in the trusted hands of Jeanie. I was very comfortable transitioning to Jeanie when our agent retired.

Jeanie is a pleasure to work with - no matter how large or small our trips have been, she has provided the same level of detailed planning and organizing. Last year I planned a cruise (first time ever!) for me, my husband, daughter, and seven other family members. Working with the individual families and bringing us all together on the cruise was seamless!

The year before I had absolutely no time to plan a much-needed weekend getaway to Philadelphia for me and my husband. A quick email to Jeanie and she had the whole thing planned with minimal effort on my end. A godsend!

It was wonderful! She always had ideas about what we could do and helped us achieve those. She also gave us our itinerary with instructions each step of the way which was very helpful. I would highly recommend everyone to use her. Last year we tried to go on a trip and my husband broke both of his heels the day we were supposed to leave. All I had to do was call Jeanie and she cancelled everything for me. We had insurance and she helped us complete those forms as well. We couldn't have done it without her!

She thinks of all the small details that make a trip stress free. She takes time to put paperwork in order and make little notes that you can refer to during your trip. Without her I'm sure I would still be trying to find my way home.

Jeanie knew all of the answers to all of my questions! She gave us a detailed document that had step by step instructions to do at every airport (extremely helpful!!!) and she stayed in touch with me leading up to the trip - just to make sure we were still okay and to make sure everything was still on track. She even sent us a bottle of champagne to our room while we were on vacation (so thoguhtful!!) Would TOTALLY recommend her to my friends & family! In fact, I already have! :-)

This time--the trip to Spain was the first time in which Jeannie Leonard, working for Globus, laid out the itinerary for the trip to, and around, Spain and back.

She was very thorough in her her information for setting out each part of the trip, which facilitated the ability of my friend and me to plan for the different aspects (e.g. weather etc.) of it. Everything she had arranged was timed well for

I booked a trip from Vermont to North Dakota thru Jeanie. There is no easy way to get to North Dakota. We had two layovers. First leg was ok but second one there was problems with plane which made us late for the connection flight. We called Jeanie and she went to work finding us a new flight. She kept us calm and explained what to expect because our new plane was late and airlines had to put us up for night. Jeanie was fabulous! She didn't panic and we were very confident in her ability to do the best possible for us. And she did! I won't fly without her!
