We have busy lives, so having Katie stay on top of things really paid off from booking, airlines, and Customs/Immigration tips, she thought of everything. Planned to Perfection

When my wife and I decided to plan a spring break vacation for our family we reached out to Katie to understand what we would be looking at. We provided some details of our destination being in California and to visit Universal Studios and Warner Bothers Studios. Katie helped us understand the different packages available, the hotels that provide shuttle service to Universal Studios and what to expect with transportation. One question I was unsure of was if we needed a rental car. Katie didn’t talk us out of it but provided us the cost of having a rental car such as parking fees and dealing with the traffic, and wow the traffic as a driver would have caused a lot of stress that we didn’t want on our vacation. We opted for no rental car and used Uber to get us where we wanted to go that the shuttle wouldn’t take us. Katie did great because of the cost of all our Ubers compared to a rental car and parking fees we saved about $400. Moving on to our hotel, WOW! We stayed at the Hilton in Universal City and it was an amazing hotel that was very well kept, clean, and with amazing staff and customer support. Having the shuttle service available to Universal Studios was a game changer because we could walk or take a shuttle depending how worn out we were. The shuttle dropped us off at Universal City walk where we could go for many food or shopping options. Katie helped us get the right package for Universal Studios and helped us understand the available upgrades if we wanted them. Having the two day pass really helped us spread things out and then also enjoy our favorite attractions multiple times. Katie also helped us understand the best options for our flights and answered endless questions that we had. We will always reach out to Katie for the big family trips that need the expert level of planning to ensure we have what we need. Katie exceeded our expectations for what we had planned and received once we arrived in California.

Checked in before we left, while we were away, as well as after we made it back to make sure everything was going/went well. Hawaii Was Fabulous!

We just returned from a 10 day tour of Hawaii. Katie helped us plan and book our cruise through Norwegian. It included three days in Honolulu before boarding the ship. Maui, The Big Island, and Kauai, were all on the tour. Our group of eight rented a car at most ports and was able to see so many beautiful sites including Kilauea Volcano erupting. Katie offered good insight and was very helpful in the planning stages. She promptly responded to questions and made the planning very easy. I highly recommend both the cruise and Katie. Aloha!

Secret Tides was a very nice resort! State of the Art facilities, staff were friendly and responsive, entertainment was a lot of fun! And don't miss out of the Hibachi restaurant. Excellent!
