Danielle is nothing short of amazing! From start to finish she has been extremely easy to work with! When I began looking around for a family vacation for 6 people I was feeling overwhelmed and remembered seeing Travel Danyell on social media so I decided to reach out. From day one she was very knowledgeable about various destinations as we did not know where we wanted to go exactly. After discussing what we wanted and price point Danielle began sending options! She was so easy to communicate with over text it was perfect! She sent multiple options and knew a lot of information about both the resorts area! We decided on a trip to Mexico and Danielle provided the most detailed tips and tricks which was a huge help! She made sure all of our arrangements were in order which was such a relief! After everything was booked she remained in contact always being helpful and answering any questions. Day of she made sure there were no changes to our flights and that we arrived safely!

21st Bday

We were celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday, and had the pleasure to work with Travel Danyell. In total, we were a party of 9. Nashville was the destination. She gave us several options for lodging, and we agreed on the Westin Nashville. Beautiful hotel, and the beds were sooo comfortable! Staff were super nice and very accommodating! My daughter and her friends had a blast! Of course, we had delays with our flights, but Danielle made sure we made it home and was in constant contact with us. She, also, sent my daughter a birthday gift, which was very sweet! I would HIGHLY recommend booking a trip with her, and look forward to having her book my next destination!

Danyell booked our honeymoon and let me tell ya it was the best experience I could have hoped for!!! She took all The pressure off of us and she was in control, we told her what we wanted and she delivered. Constant communication, always updating any changes, making sure we got what we paid for and got the most bang for our buck!!! We went to Sandals Ochi and what a honeymoon we had!!! Danyell continuously checked in on us and I can’t thank her enough for allowing us to enjoy the trip while she was behind the scenes. We ALWAYS book our trips through Danielle, even the trips we plan ourselves! I think this is our third or fourth time booking with her and as always it’s such an awesome experience start to finish! Not only does she help with the planning but if ANYTHING goes wrong during the trip whether it’s with the travel itself or the hotels/accommodations she is there to help! This trip in particular, we found a really great price online for a cruise and sent all the information to Danielle before booking. Not only does she verify you’ve included everything that’s needed (especially on a cruise) but she also can usually find better prices, which was once again our case! The entire process start to finish with Danielle is always excellent! She checked in with us the day of our flight to make sure we made it with no issue, she then checked in the day we boarded our cruise to ensure everything went seamlessly! She even checked in with us after the cruise and on our way home to make sure we had an amazing vacation! 10000 out of 10 recommend Danielle and Travel Danyell for all of our travel needs!!!

I would 100% recommend Danyell! I started following her a while back and admired the deals from afar. One day I decided to reach out to her. We don’t travel much and wanted to start taking trips with my children now that they are older. I had an idea of what I wanted and to say she was helpful is an understatement. Travel Danyel is Amazing at what she does. I had this trip to Europe in mind,to visit friends and see Ireland, Scotland and England but I couldn't figure out how to make it work. I explained to her my idea and she made it a reality. It was an Outstanding trip. Everything was spot on. She booked our flights to comfortably accommodate my husband who is a big guy. Spring Vacation!

Danielle is the best travel agent around!! My wife and I have used her services for the third time now! She truly goes above and beyond for her clients! There was an unforeseen circumstance that came up causing us to need to switch our planned trip, mind you it is only one week away. If you are looking for an agent that is professional, trustworthy, detail oriented AND extremely pleasant, then Danielle is the one for you! Using Travel Danyell was one of the best decisions I made in regards to my most recent trip. I usually try to do it all on my own, the plane, the hotel, the resort, the rental car, and there is usually always one little hick-up, which adds a little stress to the fun of traveling. This time I decided to to use Travel Danyell and it was well worth it. This time we had a plane cancellation about a month out, I sent Danielle a text, and she was able to resolve the issue, and get us a new flight with out issue. If I had to deal with the airline you know it would not go smooth, and I would be on the phone for three hours trying to rebook. The initial booking went just as well, I gave her my budget for two people, and within 24 hrs. I had 10 resorts with pricing an availability. I highly recommend her services, you will not have no regrets.

Caribbean Cruise

We are so happy we used Danielle for our travel agent for our Celebrity Cruise. We were taking my 91-year-old mom on a cruise and we needed to share a handicap cabin with her. Danielle made sure there was a proper third bed in the room for us to use. She contacted Celebrity Cruise and they in turn contacted the ship to make certain this would happen. They got back to her promptly with an email confirming it. I do not think we would’ve been able to do this if we had booked the cruise on our own. She definitely took away some worries we may have had when we boarded the ship. We definitely recommend Danielle to book your vacation. It takes a lot of worries away when you use a travel agent. And it makes you have a more enjoyable vacation! Thank you!

July 2023 we went to Punta Canta, Danyell went above and beyond to make sure our travels went smoothly.
She made sure we got there, checked in with us during our delay to assure us our reservations were aware of delay. She also checked in with us before coming home and once we got home.
Very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. It took us awhile to decide where we were going. We drove her a little crazy. Lol

Romantic Getaway

As an avid traveler usually sight seeing and train hopping in Europe, I found myself looking for a more relaxing vacation in the sun.
I recently booked an amazing trip to Rome with Danielle back in March of 2023, and knew that we needed to reach out to Danielle for this one too. All I had to do was send her the dates we wanted to travel and she quickly sent us many great options. From booking Live Aqua Cancun, to flight reminders for our direct flights, and shuttle, we couldn’t have asked for more.
Live Aqua was an absolute dream. The pools, service, spa, and good were all soo amazing and better than we could have imagined. We can’t wait to go back and can’t possibly book any future trips without Danielle.

Every question, at any time, was answered; it was like she was right by our side the whole way! :) I was torn between which side of Mexico to visit and she helped me decide what would be best for my family. Best travel agent by far! 10+stars ?? We have used quite a few agents in the past but Danielle was exceptional from booking until the day of checkout. Her customer service was great, she was available for my entire party all hours of the day and answered every question we had within minutes! She gave us some travel tips which ensured we felt safe while leaving the country with 2 small toddlers, and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in with us periodically to make sure we were all good, sent us reminders and scheduled our airport transportation when checking out. We didn’t have to worry about anything the entire time. We cannot wait to book with Danielle again, she will be our family to go travel agent for all future trips. Danyell booked a family vacation for us to El CID resorts in Puerto Morelos and we had a fantastic time! She was in contact with us the whole time, and when my daughter got hurt she was so helpful for me, since I was so nervous! She has stayed in contact even after the trip to check in on my daughter and make sure she is recovering nicely. I would definitely book another vacation with her. I’ve never used a travel agent before, and this was actually a great time to use one because we got travel insurance that we are actually going to have to use! Things happen… even on vacation 😟, but it’s so nice to have someone knowledgeable to talk to if it does. She was probably sick of me by the end of all this, but if she was she never showed it! I contacted Danielle almost a year before the surprise trip I wanted to plan for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday. From that first day, she was wonderful. She not only provided several options but was very knowledgeable about all of the destinations and resorts I was considering. She also is very honest and will tell you how you can make your money go the farthest for what you’re looking for. She is super quick to respond and makes you feel comfortable asking any and all questions, no matter how silly you may think they are. Danielle is amazing and we can’t recommend her highly enough! We had two couples going to the same resort, overlapping dates and leaving from different airports. Danielle gave us multiple options and was so patient while we asked her to price out different dates and resorts and this was over Thanksgiving weekend! After finally settling on dates/places, she booked everything for us and was so thorough at following up when it was time for additional payments, and patient as we changed credit cards. Her service didn’t end there though - she gave us reminders and helpful tips before we left and even reminders before we headed back home. I have had the pleasure of booking my vacation with Travel Danyell and have been so pleased with the level of professionalism and “detail” to my needs. My vacation was a dream! We were recommended to travel Danyell through a mutual friend- It was actually the best decision my husband and I made! Danielle will ask you a few crucial questions to get an idea of what your perfect vacation looks like. From there she will send you multiple locations and hotels to choose from. She is super responsive and will check in with you before, during and towards the end of your vacation to ensure you’re having the best time!

Birthday Trip

Danielle did an amazing job helping us pick a resort that fit what we were looking for. Blue haven in Turks and Caicos was AMAZING! She was there from beginning to end making sure all our travel documents where ready and gave us a very detailed instructions, so we always knew what to expect. She had our transportation arranged and gave us all the contact information as well. She checked in with us before we left, during our trip and even watched our flights to make sure we checked in and boarded safely, as well as checking in on us when we got home. We will definitely be using her services again!!

We have had the pleasure working with Danielle for our honeymoon. We wasn’t an easy couple at all, switched our honeymoon twice! Awesome Trip

The trip was AMAZING. All the amenities promised were given AND SOME! The resort was beautiful and clean and just so pretty right on the water. We experienced an earthquake while there and Danielle texted us to make sure we were okay. She also messaged us to make sure we checked in and it home okay. Do yourself a favor and book through Travel DanYell!
I was really worried booking my first international trip on my own, worried I wasn’t using a reputable site, would forget something important, etc. But Danielle was SO incredibly helpful, was able to find us an awesome deal and calmed my nerves about traveling (shuttle from airport, how early to arrive to airport for customs, etc.). She made the process so easy and I’m so glad she was able to help us book our honeymoon! From her savings we were able to upgrade our all inclusive package and we can’t wait! Thank you for all of your help!!

Danielle was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, kind, professional, but most importantly knew the Ins and outs of the resorts. She definitely got me the biggest bang for my buck. At one point there was an issue with my flight, she answered after hours and had it fixed for me immediately! Her customer service is second to none. Cancun Vacation

I never booked through a travel agent before, this process was WAY easier than what I thought. We were given more options than I would have expected. Last minute we wanted to change hotels and Danielle seamlessly accommodated. We stayed at the Majestic Elegance in Cancun, Mexico. This hotel is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. I wish I could give them 100 stars. Danielle booked private transfer to and from airport, the company was waiting outside airport with a sign with our names. EVERYTHING about this trip was easy. The food at the resort was really good too and the service. We will be returning and ofcourse booking through Danielle!

Travel Danyell helped make our honeymoon unforgettable. My husband and I travel to Jamaica and stayed at a Sandals resort this past July, 2021. Danyell made booking such a breeze, not to mention handling all the paperwork regarding Covid. She was very knowledgeable about the resort, as well as Covid restrictions. We had a little hiccup at the airport with my husband’s international passport, and I was able to call Danyell early in the morning to help!
It was very reassuring to get text messages from her throughout our trip, as well as reminders to get Covid testing prior to leaving the resort. If your looking for a reliable, knowledgeable travel agent, look no further than Danyell !!
